Each time I have gotten extensions from her they last, at minimum, 8 months. She gives thorough instructions on how to best care for your hair afterwards and if you follow them, your investment will stay secured. She is the only person I will ever go to for extensions. She is extremely quick, as well. She knows what she is doing and does it with a smile. She's very easy going and truly cares about the clients she keeps. The vibe is immaculate in the salon due to a no children policy. (There was a horror story that prompted this not because they hate kids) I was told another reason for the no children policy is because women come to the salon to get away from their home life with screaming kids to enjoy a little reprieve that consists of self-care. They do not need to hear the screaming children during their getaway too. I fall asleep every time I get my hair done by Marlia and each time I wake I am floored by what I see in the mirror! She makes me feel like a million bucks for exponentially less than that in price I actually pay. I sincerely doubt you can find anyone faster, cheaper, sweeter, more knowledgeable, and for the quality that Marlia provides for keratin bonded extension installations. But the problem is the hours are not reliable. We have made appointments the day before to come for the next morning and show up and wait thinking we had appointments and the shop is closed. Today we made 2 appointments (or so I thought they were appointments) and when we arrived at the appointment we were told we would have to wait as other people were in front of us. With 2 toddlers there is no waiting involved for us as that is usually a disaster. I am not sure why they allow you to select time slots online when basically you don't have a time slot, you just have to wait in line with whoever is there. This is nothing against the stylist, I think they should remove the online time slots because they make you believe you have an appointment when you don't actually have anything and it's basically just a regular walk in.
