I truly regret ever considering Thomarios to handle my situation. In 2023, I clearly explained to…read morehim everything about my situation and I thought he cared since he took on my situation and paid a retaining fee. Whenever I would call Thomarios to update him on my situation to help myself over false allegations, he was always heading to court and returned my calls late nights or in a day or so later. Then when Thomarios returned my calls there was always an excuse given for his delayed response. Just to avoid all the negative things I could say for his little time rendered for me in order to help me out of my situation, He only met with me THREE times during my situation and that was for the initial meeting to retain him, the second time he claimed to prep me for the hearing at Summit County Children Services, and the THIRD time was the day of the hearing!!!! I literally feel like I was completely dooped by this individual because he should have informed me that he was not legally equipped, or knowledgeable about my situation to handle because he certainly did not represent me, or for me as well. He sat at this hearing I dare say and watched me make a complete fool of myself trying to represent myself in front of a CPS Attorney and a CPS Client's Rights Officer. Needless to say, he was 100% No help for me at all!!! If Thomarios' conscious allows him to live with himself after charging me the amount he charged and did little of anything for me, it is a sad day and time that people can be like this. If I were to post the summary of all he stated he done for my situation that he sent me via email......I will end and just say this, he got my money for free!!!

Brent took my case even though it wasn't in his usual area of practice, and that certainly didn't stop him from being anything less than phenomenal. Brent made a point to explore every avenue of my case and be prepared for anything that might happen in the court room. His reliability and honesty truly put me at ease in a stressful situation. I don't like to admit this, and i'm not exactly "proud" of it, but i've found myself needing to work with him, & his team, multiple times, over a number of years... I hope i'll really never need to again, but, if i do, i can truthfully say; I can't think of a more decent, capable, and trustworthy person that i'd want representing me, and my family. I recommend Mr. Laubacher, and his team, without reservation. They've brought me peace of mind when i've been troubled, a sense of calm, and clarity when my futures seemed uncertain, and have helped me to resolve some very difficult decisions. I'm not going to go into personal details here, but just know this; Eric gets results. He got me the results I wanted, and needed. I know from my own experience; he's not afraid to confront those who would oppose you. He'll use his experience to help with complex situations, and perhaps recommend strategies and outcomes you weren't aware were available ... His team are called "lawyers", but they're also just like professional investigators. When i've suspected things weren't right, they revealed why. When i had to prove i was correct, they were tireless in my defense. The Laubacher team is a family that works together to take of my family. I suggest you call Eric if you think you have a case.
