Even after you tell her to stop. Find another Ad Litem! The judge forces you to use her, but beg to find another. An Ad Litem is to represent your child and act in their best interest. She doesn't know anything about my child. She didn't even tell the judge what my child told her! She probably uses the same speech on every case. She's burned out, and just wants a paycheck for doing nothing. You want someone to even remember your child's name? Then don't use her!
