Buying something as expensive and important as a house virtually seemed nuts. But as the new year began we started getting the urge to just take a look. Who knew that within just a few weeks we would have an accepted offer? There is no one else we would have felt comfortable buying remotely with. And the only reason we changed from just looking to seriously buying was because we came to trust and rely on Billy's opinions. He is not just a savvy and knowledgeable realtor, he is truly a sincere and nice guy. He would warn us that even if we lose out on a house, in the end it always works out (and SPOILER ALERT he's right). But he still commiserated with us when we were outbid and he really went above and beyond when we were searching for the right home. And he really does want to find you the right home. He will be honest with you about any negatives he sees and he will steer you away from any bad decisions. Sometimes we were so keen to just get a house that we were willing to settle or make hasty decisions. But Billy makes sure that whatever house you get is a great house and whatever you do is sound and smart. And I'm so glad that he was there with us helping make all our decisions. He would give us daily updates of his endeavors going door to door and networking with other agents. In the end it was a note of his he left on the door of a house that was off the market that did the trick. We were able to buy a house that was miles better than any of the other houses we put offers on with basically no other competition. In the crazy housing market right now you need someone like Billy who is willing to go the extra mile. He was always trying innovative techniques to help us stand out amongst other buyers and that's exactly what it takes these days. He's continued to be invaluable after closing. He was great to bounce ideas around with about updating the house after moving in and he and Heather have been great with recommendations. He is always super responsive and I'm so glad I can still rely on him even after we've closed.

This paired with Billy's deep knowledge and network in the Minnesota real estate community made for the dream team! We felt cared for (and about) at every turn. The entire experience was a joy!

My condo had been a rental for many years so Thang and Ben coordinated some needed updating and had it professionally staged. His team put together a beautiful marketing flyer and had open houses every weekend until it sold. Thang is very optimistic, he finds the positive in every situation. Even when the first offer fell through, he managed to put me at ease. Selling a home can be stressful but I was always confident Thang and his team were doing everything possible to sell my property. UPDATE (approximately 1.5 years later): We recently used Cari Ann Carter again for the purchase of a lot. This was a bit spontaneous and Cari Ann is a pit bull when it comes to advocating for you. Recommendation for Zac Bidelman/Keller Williams Preferred Realtor/Huerkamp Home Group…read more I first met Zac Bildelman after inquiring about a property that I was interested in. He made an appointment and showed me the property that same day. My first impression was that he was knowledgeable and able to answer my questions readily. I realized over time that because of all his additional attributes (Professional, always responsive, and very patient), he was the perfect realtor. It had been over 30 years since my husband, and I had previously scoured the cities in search of that one perfect realtor to help us find the house that was perfect for us at that time. Zac Bidelman patiently spent at least two years showing me various properties. He quickly fine-tuned the amenities that I was in search of until it basically came down to 3 or 4 properties. Once the perfect location came on the market, he helped me create an offer that he presented immediately. His quick action was the sole reason that I was able to buy the property that was perfectly suited to me. The second phase of my quest was to subsequently sell my house. During that process Zac assisted me with the preparations of getting the house we built 33 years prior ready for sale. His company hired an inspector and then advised me how to prioritize what to repair from the inspector's list. Zac had a "Stager" available to me who helped me get the house aesthetically ready to be viewed. The professional photographer that he used took exceptional photographs that helped present my house in the best possible light. This also included drone shots which helped highlight the fabulous view from and around my home. Regarding setting the sales price of my house, he listened to my input of what I felt the price should be set at - given that I knew my property and adjacent locations so well after living in the house for over three decades. Because of his skills as a realtor, my home sold in one day. For any and all of the above-stated reasons, I wholeheartedly recommend Zac Bidelman and his very accomplished assistants and team. Zac's contact info is as follows: (612) 712-9936 zac@hhgus.com

We listed with them because they were actually recommended by our Wells Fargo banker. First, they did a complete dog and pony show, with their i-pad etc. Then Lance told us to take EVERYTHING out of the house- which we foolishly did. He said it showed the "expansiveness" of the rooms. What it really did was focus prospective buyers attention on every flaw in the plaster and every smudge on the wall. What he failed to mention is that he has another business; high end antiques. He basically didn't like our furniture. In six months he had 1 open house. We had a friend go to it. Lance stood on the porch on his cell phone, and subsequently told our friend " we are just looking for an offer". Which was true, but our friend who has purchased many homes noted that he failed to mention one thing in an effort to "sell" the house. Like the "expansive" rooms, the beautiful woodwork, the new kitchen with gorgeous cabinets and granite counters etc. Our friend came back to us very, very concerned. As for Chris, he disappeared. Never saw or heard from him. He never returned any phone call and when we complained towards the end of the listing, his response was to blame us for not responding to their request to lower the price. Which by the way was totally untrue. Every price reduction Lance requested we agreed to. Chris never requested anything and Lance himself told us(when we asked what happened to Chris) he just "disappeared" leaving all the work to Lance. What work? 1 open house? The only time Lance ever called us was to get a price reduction. If you are looking for a whining drama queen who deals in high end antiques and his MIA partner, these are your guys. If you want a great realtor in a tough market, keep looking.
