My wife and I found Taylor through a Google search for free home buying seminars, he had some great YouTube videos and great reviews, we thought...why not? The seminar was more than what we even hoped for. What a great find Taylor is! Taylor is energetic, supportive and completely passionate about what he does. It is evident in the information provided and the celebratory comments he gave us when we first started looking for a home. We quickly learned how helpful and supportive he was. We are first time home buyers and because of Taylor, the process was less daunting. He actually taught us instead of telling us what to do. Taylor is responsive (sometimes within 30 seconds) and ready to answer any question we had. We look at about six houses through the home process. Because of Taylor's response time when we wanted to see a house, he would book showings at any time that was convenient for us. He made this whole process seamless. He is personal and very professional at the same time. Needless to say, we are impressed! His negotiation skills and advice when we made the offer on a house that we loved, and in my opinion, probably got us the home we had been searching for. Even after everything was said and done, he made sure to check in every so often just to make sure we were okay. What a guy! This realtor's last name is Doolittle and we think it should be Doolots! :) read more

We could not have had a more fabulous experience buying a house with the help of Taylor! We entered this process with a lot of anxiety because of a former real estate disaster, but Taylor met us where we were and walked with us at our pace every step of the way. Here are the things we most appreciated about Taylor: 1) Very knowledgeable, offers understandable explanations and is not bothered to do so multiple times 2) Extremely quick in responding and makes himself available for last-minute showings (which is necessary in this market!) 3) Goes to bat for you as a skillful negotiator (it also helps that he is so well-connected... he knew many of the realtors we encountered, which often moved our requests higher to the top of the list!) 4) Is FUN to be around! Taylor takes the stress out of the house-searching process; looking at homes together is a blast! We took almost a year to look at houses, and we looked at MANY houses during that time, and not once did Taylor make us feel like we were wasting his time or moving too slowly. He was very careful to give us unbiased feedback based on what he knew we were looking for (instead of what HE thought was cool). Taylor is professional and yet so personable! He stopped by just the other day (a couple weeks after we've moved in) to see how things are going. I imagine we will stay in touch with him for many years to come! read more

Taylor is the real deal. We knew from the beginning that we could trust his expertise, insight, and understanding of each part of the process. What drew us to Taylor in the first place was his commitment to educating and equipping his clients with the kind of knowledge and understanding to be empowered in our own search. He was honest and approachable, always willing to answer our questions (and calls) at any time. His style is approachable and authentic, deeply versed in all the nuances of this realm - ranging from market specifics, to neighborhood vibes, to any house particularities. He always explained things in a way that we could track with, even if it was a topic completely foreign to us as first-time homebuyers. Speaking of, our house-buying process took over a year and a half due to many different circumstances - the wild housing market being one of them. Never once did Taylor make us seem like a burden or wonder if he was tired of scheduling another showing or writing up another offer. He remained hopeful and extremely helpful even in some of the most defeating times in the market. Bonus: we laughed a LOT and felt like long-time friends by the end. We're so thankful for Taylor and we couldn't recommend him highly enough! read more

I cannot tell you guys how much I'd encourage you to work with Taylor. Short story, stay with me, so my husband and I went to a first-time home buyer class with Taylor and our eventual lender Bryan, telling ourselves "okay, this is the first agent we're talking to so let's not fall in love or anything." We left with looks on our faces like "We're gonna work with him." Taylor made us immediately comfortable and welcome and we talked for hours about all our questions like friends. He never rushed us, just passed on his knowledge. We loved his confidence, experience and honest passion for what he does. He thrives working with first-time home buyers. We knew we were in for a modest old house needing some updates and Taylor guided us through the process, giving us ideas and perspective about scope of work and keeping us positive when we disagreed on a couple of houses at first. He's done some upgrades and flipping so he had real perspective on cost estimates and he has contact recommendations O plenty. We just got our floors redone with someone he recommended and couldn't be happier. Taylor made the whole process really easy and fun and that's really what you need for something that could be so difficult. #imwithtay read more

Taylor is an A+ realtor! I have worked with him on the transaction of 3 different homes now. What makes Taylor unique is he explains the process in a way that makes buying and selling a home fun. I'll be honest, when I bought my first home, I didn't fully understand the process. Taylor took his time to explain everything from the first initial offer, to the inspection period, to the appraisal and so on. He goes above and beyond for his clients and he cares about their stories. He understands buying and selling a home is a big step and that every family/person has different needs/wants. On top of getting to hang out with Taylor, his team is incredible. They help you with everything from home improvement tips to updates on your closing. They even send out the utility company and internet service provider information! Taylor's team is so organized and truly gives you a full service experience. I highly recommend reaching out to Taylor and his team for your next real estate experience. read more

Where to begin!? Taylor has been amazing and fun to work with from the first contact. My husband and I connected with him when we saw that our dream home was listed. He acted so fast - got us a showing right away AND put together our offer in his car so that we could make the offer in a tight timeframe. He connected us with a fantastic (and equally super responsive) lending contact AND inspector. In fact, we needed a super fast turnaround on the inspection, and the inspector made a wonderful exception bc we were contacts of Taylor's. THEN Taylor helped us sell our townhouse - he was realistic, excellent with input, had contacts for painters, etc. Worth noting - Taylor responded so fast, and when he was away, he had an associate connect with us just as fast. He is professional, super pleasant, easy to work with, AND he was willing to take us on even though we bought and sold "out state" a bit from his location in the Twin Cities. We cannot recommend him highly enough! read more

I have only rave reviews for one Taylor Doolittle. My fiancé and I just worked with Taylor to purchase our first home after finding him through a google search. Throughout the entire home-buying process he explained everything in a way that a first time home buyer could understand and welcomed any question with no judgment. He has a genuine way of connecting with people and treated us like long-time friends. I could offer many examples of ways he went above and beyond. Namely- during a very accelerated inspection process when the inspector couldn't inspect the attic, Taylor coordinated with the sellers and drove to our new home with his own materials, crawled into the attic and took photos for us to examine! I could go on and on but I'll leave at this. Taylor is an exceptional real estate agent and stand up human- and I recommend him wholeheartedly! read more

I wish I could give higher than 5 stars because working with Taylor was the BEST decisions my fiance and I made during our home buying process. We had some pretty specific wants during our search and Taylor managed all of them (and our different personalities, budget needs and being first time homebuyers) PERFECTLY. He's one of the nicest guys you will ever meet and I would recommend him to anyone and everyone searching for a home. He is incredibly responsive and asks the right questions while you are looking at homes (did I also mention he is hilarious?!) He also has experience flipping homes, managing rentals and with remodeling - making him the perfect person to help you find your next home. Taylor started as our Realtor and turned into a life long friend throughout the process. HIGHLY recommend him to be your Realtor, you won't regret it! read more

As first-time homebuyers, we feel incredibly lucky to have worked with Taylor and his team--Johnny and Patrick. From start to finish, they made the entire process smooth, clear, and surprisingly enjoyable. Taylor was professional, knowledgeable, and always a step ahead. He took the time to explain each stage of the process and made sure we felt comfortable and confident in our decisions. Johnny and Patrick were equally fantastic--always responsive, detail-oriented, and ready to support wherever needed. What really stood out was how genuinely invested they were in helping us find the right home. It never felt transactional--they treated us like partners and truly had our best interests at heart. Thanks to Taylor, Johnny, and Patrick, we're now settling into a home we absolutely love. We can't recommend them highly enough. read more

I had to sell my sister's home after she passed away to settle her estate. I interviewed 2 realtors and Taylor clearly stood out from the other. He is passionate about his work, meticulous with details, and just a call or text away if you need him! He was always positive and upbeat even when I was being a crank about something. His team took care of tasks efficiently and timely. And since I lived out of town, Taylor and his team arranged the final house cleaning and carpet shampooing with no need for me to make another trip to the cities! When we received a full price offer on the house, I think Taylor was more excited than I was. If I was looking to buy or sell a home in the metro area, Taylor would be my first call! read more

Taylor helped teach us about different types of home ownership a couple years before we were ready to start looking for a home. This helped us decide that a townhome would be the best option for us. He made sure we fully understood our options and the pros and cons. We reconnected once we were ready but were still hesitant. Taylor expressed the benefits of buying when we did and we're thankful for his encouragement. We got an amazing rate and found the perfect townhome. Furthermore, he did the same for our son by helping him find his first home to start his family. Taylor is an extremely genuine and caring person who truly wants what's best for each client. We highly recommend him. read more

Where to begin! I don't have the words to fully describe how phenominal Taylor was guiding me through my first homebuying experience. From the first moment we met, he was so detailed in taking me through the process and communicated with me consistently the entire time. He allowed me to feel totally in control and confident every step of the way. His guidence, patience, and communication were beyond what I could have asked for in a realtor. He moves quick, gets you into properties fast, and goes to battle during the offer process! Becuase of Taylor, I was able to secure my dream home for UNDER the listing price WITH seller contributions to closing costs! He's incredible!! read more

Taylor was exceedingly professional in the way he handled our home search, offer process, and final purchase. He is knowledgeable, patient, and, most of all, friendly and welcoming. We appreciated the advice he provided as we viewed homes, as well as the insight he shared on market values, and the overall experience he was able to share throughout the home buying experience. We entered into the process with a clear vision of what we were looking for, and that took us on a bit of an adventure, but Taylor was there with us every step of the way and helped us make sure we stayed on the path that led us to our ideal home. We've recommended him to friends and will again! read more

When I started this process I wasn't even sure if I would be able to buy anything. I was really just feeling it out to see what is possible. Taylor set me up with an amazing mortgage broker who helped show me that I was actually able to buy something on my own! From there Taylor helped me navigate this crazy market and we were successful after a couple offers on other places. Taylor is super knowledgable with the whole process and made it as painless as possible. I will for sure be sending people to Taylor if they are looking at buying and I will for sure keep Taylor in mind when I am looking to sell and buy a new place down the road. Thanks Taylor for everything! read more

My husband and I worked with Taylor to buy our current home and never could have imagined how wonderful the home process could be - because of Taylor!! He would meet with us last minute to check out a new place, gave expert advice around the buying process, and knew the norms in neighborhoods we were looking at for price and what was selling, etc! You can tell Taylor loves what he does and puts everything he has into making the experience a great one for those he works with! We have recommended him to friends already and will continue to! He is a wealth of knowledge and, in general, an amazing human! Thank you to the moon and back, Taylor!! read more

Taylor saved us so much money! Taylor helped us purchase a new townhouse well under list price. Instead of simply offering a low bid and working up, Taylor analyzed the seller's position in the context of changing market trends and presented data to the seller convincingly supporting an offer far below what we dreamed of paying. The seller's realtor told us privately that Taylor's due diligence was something he doesn't see in other realtors. So if you want a true advocate who is likable, hard working, professional, and will apply his extensive knowledge to get you even more than what you want we can't recommend Taylor enough! read more

Taylor is an amazing real estate agent! Working with Taylor was so easy going and wonderful, we would definitely recommend him to anyone! read more

As first time homebuyers, we needed someone who was able to explain the home buying process, give us realistic expectations, and navigate one of the toughest real estate markets in recent memory. Did we ever hit the jackpot with Taylor! He was great about connecting us to all kinds of resources - lenders, contractors, safety information, etc. - and his knowledge of the area is unmatched. With Taylor's help, we had an offer accepted WEEKS earlier than we would have expected in such a hot market. We will sing his praises to anyone we know who is looking for a great realtor! read more
