After reading my review someone comes back and says it took them 20 minutes to install 2 head lamp bulbs and that I wasn't sure what needed to be done. THAT is NOT true! I walk in there holding a twin pack of head lamp bulbs that I had just purchased from Advanced Auto and needed them installed. If I hadn't known what was wrong with my car, how would I have known what to buy? You overcharged me and now you're trying to back peddle. I even said to the guy that was installing them...."Wow that was so simple, I could've done that myself!" It was a box that sits right on top under the hood. He took the lid off, pulled out the old bulb and stuck the new one in. It was so fast and easy, a third grader could've done it. 2011 Toyota Corolla LE for anyone that wants to look on YouTube to see how easy it is. This place ripped me off plain and simple. The next day when I was calling different shops to find a place to complete the repairs I felt a bit frustrated. A lot of shops had a long wait time to even have the car inspected and some shops quoted repair dates in late September. Claude Nolan was able to give me an estimate the day after the accident and they provided a detailed quote later in the afternoon. Steve and Allison were a pleasure to speak with and they were very thorough. In the end my car spent 10 business days with them, with 2-3 of those days being waiting for parts. The damage was to multiple spots of the car and totaled 5k, but came in less than expected. I was excited to pick up my car. It was completely washed, waxed, and running like new. I brought in my brand new 2025 Toyota Land Cruiser for a bumper repair/replacement, and as a woman handling this out-of-pocket repair on a $90,000 vehicle, I was understandably nervous about unnecessary repairs, damaged sensors, recalibration costs, and whether I was being taken advantage of. Steve completely changed that experience for me. From start to finish, he communicated every step of the process, sent me detailed pictures throughout the repair, showed me any damaged parts that actually needed replacement, and made sure I understood exactly what was happening with my vehicle at all times. That level of transparency is rare these days, and it immediately built trust and loyalty. I was especially concerned about the parking sensors and avoiding unnecessary recalibration costs, and they handled my vehicle with incredible care. Steve and the technician who worked on my Land Cruiser went above and beyond to make sure everything was done properly and professionally. I truly hope upper management recognizes Steve and the technician involved because this was hands-down one of the best body shop experiences I've ever had, and I'm slightly embarrassed to admit I've had quite a few over the years. ‍ Great communication, honesty, professionalism, and genuine customer care. That kind of work ethic deserves recognition! as a person who works in social media, I will definitely be posting about this experience for others to see, and in hopes that management and higher-ups take notice of excellent quality and customer service by their team!
