When I was pregnant she watch my pups for us when we went down to San Diego for our gender reveal. We broadcasted the event live for family to see virtually. She made sure to have both our pups watch the live feed to find out if they were going to have a brother OR sister (and of course took pictures of them watching). She even spent time with them that weekend training them how to act around a new baby sister. When I went Into labor and rushed to the hospital, she drove to our home and picked up the boys from our house. She took care of them until we were ready to come home from the hospital. She is thorough, takes initiative, and is extremely diligent. Quite frankly, her personal expectations exceed your own. What you are willing to "make do" with-- when you are overburdened by all life throws at you--and sometimes have to settle for based on what time and energy allow you to accomplish. For example, I regularly clean our stainless appliances. However, I clearly have not done so effectively--water "drips" on the dishwasher have eluded me for a few years. In one fell swoop, our fairy godmother, the real, "Queen of Clean," has all but eliminated them. I simply cannot say enough about the quality of Damanda's exceptional service and attention to detail. She makes the Ever Ready Bunny look lazy! Moreover, she is so professional, and simply a delightful human being. We really appreciate her superior work ethic, quality work, and delightful presence--including her friendliness toward our fur babies--the very beings who make the need for her expert assistance all the more necessary. She has a very flexible schedule, she is willing to travel all around the greater Sacramento area. We are talking from Midtown Sacramento, to Folsom, to Granite Bay and all over Roseville. She's trying to get her good name out there as she is just starting out! Trustworthy, you can feel comfortable leaving her alone at your house toran to the store to grab something or any other errand. Also, you can google her name, she comes up squeaky clean LOL. She planted a few plants for me, pulled a few weeds as the weather permitted, cleaned my shutters and even wiped out the inside of my fridge and cleaned my walls and baseboards. I didn't even need to ask her to do it. She's happy to an agreed upon time frame, but I believe her limit is at least 3 hours though. She'll even do small odd jobs if it's not too crazy, she's pretty handy! She's been out a few times now. She will come out twice a month, but is flexible, once a month, once a week, whatever works best for you. How's that for flexibility? Oh, and if you need a babysitter, dog or house sitter or nanny services, she even does that too. A Jackie of all trades people!

Erika balanced the needs of both of our dogs beautifully--playing with our high-energy pup to burn off that excitement and giving plenty of love and gentle attention to our low-energy dog. When our senior dog had an accident, she even took his blanket home, washed it, and brought it back so he could be comfortable again. That kind of thoughtfulness is rare.
