The young dude was quick to say he didn't know what I needed but he would do anything I asked if he could. He got me an antiseptic spray and stayed on hand while I cleaned the area. Inside he was quick to help get my car underway. Then Sean came along with his personal kit, and it had sting relief pads. It was able to help keep it from burning with those. They got me out of there 45 minutes earlier than they had quoted! I mean, this is why I buy all my tires from them. That said, this is a new car, so these weren't from here (yet). Unfortunately I had a severe localized reaction that took a couple days to fully manifest itself, and 2 doctor visits. But I swear it would have been so much worse if it weren't for these 2 men being quick to help. Came in for a tire patch. Got so much more. I also witnessed another employee treat an older woman who I overheard her say she is a new widow. He didn't take advantage of her. He treated her the way discount tire treats me or my husband. (I know a fair amount about tires). As always, thank you and shout out to Chase and Sean (Shawn? Not sure how he spells his name) My 1,300 mile trip back home is going smoothly, and so did my entire visit to Wichita and surrounding areas thank to your help! (Other than the dang sting!!)

I told him that wasn't necessary. He quoted me a very affordable price so I went ahead and got two tires. He didn't charge me any extra to mount, balance, or rotate my tires. I was in and out of there within 25 minutes. I will say there is no waiting area so I had to sit outside, but it was worth it. I was so close to going to a namebrand store, but I'm so glad I chose to support local business.

During the tire work, the talented experienced mechanic noticed the car needed front brake pads/rotors and they informed me if the same. Brake work was done timely. An alingment check was done. I'm a single mom and just moved here from out of town, so I know like two people total. A stranger put my spare on for me (which was also flat) and I barely made it to the shop. But once I was there the guys were super comforting and helpful! They ended up fixing two tire valves and a sensor for me, all of which I never would have know was an issues if it wouldn't have been for them taking the time to thoroughly inspect my vehicle for me even after closing. 10/10 recommend: the staff, the shop, everything. I will definitely be back if anymore issues arise.

I hobbled in and made some calls and was introduced to Tylor. He came to my house (not too far form his location) after he had worked a long day, and confirmed what I had thought. Of course no one keep things in stock anymore and Hyundai had not released it to any outside vendors, but Tylor made some calls and got the part in. I went to pay for it, and he was going to come back to put it in but I had an appointment. He actually asked if he could do it right then and there. It took him probably 5 minutes to switch it out and then took it on a test drive with the scanner and it came back A-OK. Now, this is something I expected back in the day, but today...Well lets just say, I'm very happy to see that there are some young people still in the world that really understand customer service and people. I HIGHLY recommend this shop and more importantly this young man Tylor. He went WAY above and beyond to make sure that I am safely on the road again. This was by far the most unprofessional service experience I've had. I brought my vehicle in for an…read morealignment and tire replacement. I was later informed that the tires could not be removed because the vehicle has a wheel lock, so only the alignment was performed. What is unacceptable is that the wheel lock key was in the glove compartment, and no one made any effort to contact me to ask about it. Instead, they proceeded without the tire replacement and waited until I called to ask when my car would be ready. When I asked why I was not contacted, I was met with hostility rather than accountability, as though the issue was my fault. Clear communication and basic customer service were lacking throughout this visit. I would not recommend this location based on my experience. I would say more but I would just be assuming but they're are way better places to take your car who actually value your dollar and show courtesy and respect. Ps. I don't normally write reviews unless service is atrocious
