I put my items on the counter while he was turned around on the phone and he did not ring me up for 30 seconds and then when he did, I had the money ready to go before he even scanned the item because it took so long then he proceeded to look down at his phone after he finished scanning he didn't tell me the total and I had to utilize my card to pay because he wouldn't let me he wouldn't take my cash very unprofessional. There was a display with a sign that indicated that you got a free drink with the purchase of a snickers bar. When it rang up it did not calculate the difference. This morning at the maize Kansas location there was a sign on the fountain drink machine that indicated a free drink with the purchase of a package of Cheezit cheese puff between 2-4.5 oz I verified the product that I chose with the cashier before purchase. We looked at the sign together. It was not reflected in the price when it rang up and the only option I was presented with was to not purchase the Cheezits or pay full price. I declined the purchase. The cashier suggested that I had somehow chosen a purchase that did not qualify, despite the fact that we verified the choice together. She indicated that the problem was not her responsibility

I even overheard one of the employees talking to a friend telling him how good the job was. Way to go QT and it only makes the place better! You can find a hot dogs, buritto, or breakfast sandwich ready to go quick. The soda fountain is always consistent (not watered down syrup like some places). I even came in one morning and noticed an older QT employee taking measurements of the various drinks. Quality checking. Kick ass! The Employee are always friendly and the store and restroom are clean. Anyhow, I haven't been to any gas stations that are better - and not just this location, but any of them. They seem to care about consistency. They also have plenty of gas pumps and hardly ever have to wait for one. The restrooms are clean and they have the largest fountain drink selection on the planet.
