I called the store number and they answered . The lady that answered the phone was rude and didn't bother to explain why her staff had not bothered to open the doors 10 minutes after they are supposed to be open. Unhelpful rude staff seems to be a trend with the millennial that work in them . Maybe TJ Maxx needs to better train their employees . I'm not sure what the issue was but when the store hours aren't followed causing Problems for their customers it is very poor business .

Couldn't find the # bin in my email. So I go to customer service desk. Upon finally getting to the rude, girl, yes girl she was very, very rude. I had asked about my order! She said in a very cunning mannerism did I receive an email! I said I am not sure of! In which I look. No don't see any emails from Kohl's except for my order on these orders. At this point my disabled body was beginning to wear out from walking from front of store to back of store to front of store! So I had to call my sister waiting in car to come in here. She had grabbed a wheelchair for me. I am very disappointed in Kohl's or at least this store on Kellogg. No customer service! I worked for various department stores so I know customer service. Dillards does made to measure so you can actually get the perfect fit for your body. A little pricey but you get what you pay for! Recently I discovered the murano brand which is more for going out and looking nice. They carry a performance line (in dress shirts) that stretch and stay cool even in hot weather. I never thought I'd be comfortable wearing a long sleeve shirt in 90-100 degree weather (went south for spring break). It looks like this location is doing some renovation and I can't wait to see it when it's completed!
