I have definitely noticed a shift in attitude while the district manager Susie? is around. The way that she speaks to her employees is very belittling and when she is not there, I can tell that the employee truly enjoy the work that they do but when she is there there is this dread that is covering them and the atmosphere. today I witnessed Susie belittling an employee to the point of tears. mind you this employee has help me and my girls out multiple times and is always so pleasant , fast, and knowledgeable. I sure hope 5 below does something different with her position and her because this is not the career choice she needs to be in if she treats her employees that way. also noticed many have quit this past week
