We had another company's plumber snake the bathtub, but unfortunately, it didn't solve the problem. Within an hour, he was able to clear a hairball from the pipe and get the bathtub draining properly again! We were initially worried that there might be a broken pipe, so we were very relieved that Eddie was able to resolve the issue so quickly. Huge thank you to Eddie and Oakland Rooter and Plumbing! The whole process was incredibly quick and easy. Abraham was extremely nice, professional, responsive, and easy to work with. The work was completed efficiently and there was none of the hassle you sometimes expect with a bigger plumbing repair. I was especially impressed by how quickly they responded on a Sunday and then got us scheduled to have the actual repair completed just two days later. Everything has been working great since.
