You can even feel it in the shop, the atmosphere is cosy yet highly professional. They will do anything to strive to meet your need. I've found that they ALWAYS put the customer first, even if this means staying behind after hours, or going totally out of their way to meet your needs. They also house a photography studio if you ever need to get that family photo made. You can also print your own photos at the kiosks inside the store. One of the coolest things I noticed about is that they do a photo restoration service. When I visited, right on the front door they had a huge restored image from the Harland & Wolff shipyard in the 1930s. It was a snap shot of the riveting crew from 1930 and looked like a recent photo. Except that it was in black and white. And everyone was wearing a cap in the picture (I mean, everyone. The prints were an awkward shape an size so most frames wouldn't fit.
