This phone shop sells all the accessories for any popular phone you can really think of. From iphone to Samsung it really has t all. It also has an array of what I would call 'classic' phones, but really they are just second hand ones. If you're looking for a cheap phone to take on holiday or one you're not afraid of losing, then I suggest going here before the bigger chain stores. The reason why I like this shop however is that 4urphone did me a great service when my Blackberry screen broke. I chanced my arm and tried to see if they could fix it before ringing up the insurance company and paying the excess. Not only did they fix my Blackberry screen, but they charged £20 less than my insurance company would have. As well as this they did it for me there and then. It was superb service. read more

I have had mixed experiences with this shop in the past,so I have to give then three stars in balance. I picked us the accessories for my beautiful HTC desires here that were good value and was able to locate replacement phone batteries for SonyEricsson phones,so view did the job well. The stores selection of second hand sinner was also useful for me to buy a cheap wee phone for use on my holidays! However I had difficulties when trying to buy an unlocked phone here for my friend Andrew.He had a Blackberry curve that he wanted to use for 02,and I was his little errand boy,and he received three sinner that didn't work right. So my advice is beware the unlocking service,but other accessories and repairs should do just the ticket! read more

I don't tend to spend much time dealing with mobile phones. Up until recently when I found the wonders of Blackberry and email on the go I was used using simply awful contraptions, things made out of plastercine. I did however get a phone off a friend who didn't need it, however I had to get it unlocked to my network, O2. It seemed like a fairly simple process, left it in for an hour or so and then returned. £25 later they had 'unlocked' it but apparently for one reason or another the phone was blocked and wouldn't receive or make calls. I still had to fork out the cash for essentially an unnecessary procedure which robbed me of my hard earned £25. That said the store does appear to have a good range of unlocked handsets and accessories, the staff were friendly as well but unfortunately still charged me for the service. read more

I went there to have my phone repair , first of all he said it will take 30 min and it took 2.5 hr and he made me stand outside . that's fine he was busy I agree . but then when I went inside for 5 min ( after standing outside for 2 hr ) he said he don`t like people to come inside without any work so go out ( he didn`t said it that simply ) . I have nothing but good things to say about 4urphone. I love my phone and am visibly a wreck when I don't have it. So when the screen on my blackberry broke (I threw it onto a pillow!!, I was freaking out. I didn't have insurance, which meant it would cost me an arm and a leg to get it repaired through the manufacturer. I went here as a last ditch attempt before chucking it and they came to the rescue. For £50 they replaced my screen. They did take quite a long time doing so and I had to call in two or three times and be told to wait but it eventually got done and was like new! They even unlocked it for me free of charge. I was so happy with this place I recommended it to my buddy (points to Colm H's review) when he suffered the same common blackberry problem! This shop has good products. But recently when i went in was made to be a liar and did not recieve the sevice i required. I went in a week before asking clearly for my specific phone to be unlocked and wanted to know the price for it, was quoted £15, and when i arrived with my phone, they then tried to charge £35, which of course i questioned, stating it was the same woman there that quoted me the week before, and she denied it right in my face, in front of everyone. Making me out to be a liar, and calling prices out of their backside. He said i must be mistaken, it starts from £15, stating i must not have said my model phone, which i did! Clearly. Disrespected my intelligence completely! And then he came up with the ridiculous story of the server being down and would not be able to unlock my phone until Jan. Clearly he didnt understand that i was in no way paying £35 for a simple thing anyway. I then went to the stall in the back of castle court, and got it unlocked for £15. Service was ridiculous and the woman specifically is an airhead. Will never go back. It is ridiculous that so many people are hired to do simple jobs, and are total douche's - I'd prefer a monkey next time. Atleast the job would be done! read more

When we lived in Belfast we regularly used this shop as we had a good customer/staff relationship. We also purchaseda couple of second hand unlocked phones, which are still working perfectly 3 years later.
