I've read the other reviews that said they can work on customer service; and I can see how they could get impatient with silly questions and trying to barter a buck off a record cost. Come on though, this isn't a warehouse bargain store or dollar crap shipped from China. It's for people serious about music and I personally feel blessed to have their expertise in our area. I walked into the store and say "Hi how are you doing today" I get in return a stare bordering on a glare. He did not say one word while I was there. I was going to pick up a Eagles cd but decided against it. I just cannot spend money when I do not feel welcome at all. Plus the dude was watching me like I was going to rip him off. It was a little bit like traveling back in time. Their prices were much lower than I had anticipated--especially since most of what caught my attention were toys I haven't seen anywhere since the early 2000's. The collection included a great deal of rare toys, games, and stuffed animals. They also had some toys that I've seen in the stores more recently, but Shiloh's Picks had a much more appealing price tag for them. The proprietor was friendly and approachable, and seemed very knowledgeable when it came to different toys and games. If you are looking for good toys on a budget, or rare items that you can't find anywhere else, this is a great shop to check out.
