The shampoo experience is amazing, and they have 3 different kinds of blow outs you can choose from. I usually go with bombshell because I like big curls, and they NEVER disappoint!!!! I always post a picture of my hair when I leave and all my friends comment and compliment on it. I have a lot of hair, so I'm really lazy and never do my hair myself, so I got the package that you get 2 blow dries a month AND a treatment!!! I think it's like $65 a month, super worth it!!!!! So when I go there I just tip!! I usually go with Janelle or Jasmine, but I have gotten it done with Christina before and she's also really good! Then they asked if they were getting make-up too? They were 12 and 14 years old and did not know if it was in the contract (It was not). By the time my daughter got out of the shower, they were just finishing the make-up. Then they charged for the make-up. They should not have asked the under aged girls. If they had checked the signed contract, they should have known it was only supposed to be hair for the two girls. I contacted the owner and requested a refund. She said deposits are not refundable. It was not a deposit refund I was requesting. I was requesting a refund because they breached the contract which clearly stated hair only for the two young girls. Another way for companies to take advantage of a nervous bride who is not going to make a fuss after the job was done.

She was a delight to work with and found a fantastic hair stylist, Cindy to do our hair. Robbin made sure I looked beautiful on the day of and took feedback from my trial to make slight adjustments to get the look I was going for. My maid of honor doesn't wear a ton of makeup and Robbin was able to give her a look she was comfortable with, not overdone but still stunning and my whole wedding party looked great. I'm not used to wearing fake lashes so I was worried they would bother me but she did a perfect job putting them on and I forgot I was wearing them until I took them off at the end of the night. In addition to being very talented she also kept us entertained with interesting stories. We hired her to stay and do touch ups right before the ceremony so she was able to help cover up a blemish my husband had too. She even gave me the lip color I chose since she had two. Looking back at my wedding there are some things I would have changed, but when it comes to working with Robbin I wouldn't change a thing!
