Then they asked if they were getting make-up too? They were 12 and 14 years old and did not know if it was in the contract (It was not). By the time my daughter got out of the shower, they were just finishing the make-up. Then they charged for the make-up. They should not have asked the under aged girls. If they had checked the signed contract, they should have known it was only supposed to be hair for the two girls. I contacted the owner and requested a refund. She said deposits are not refundable. It was not a deposit refund I was requesting. I was requesting a refund because they breached the contract which clearly stated hair only for the two young girls. Another way for companies to take advantage of a nervous bride who is not going to make a fuss after the job was done.
