Left a message, and they responded within minutes. I was both frustrated and anxious, but after talking with them on the phone felt much better. What I appreciate the most was that Dave was very knowledgeable and supportive! "Don't worry, we will get it running." He cared enough to take the time to explain things to me and gave me some simple instructions to follow. I followed his advice and was relieved to find the refrig to be working properly. Overall, I would definitely recommend this business to any RV owner!

The upstairs hallways and rooms were a little disappointing in terms of niceness, but everything I needed was there. I would give it 4 stars based on the above. However, I had some problems with my door code to get in on the first day. When I called to get it worked out, the employee gave me the master code. Obviously, yes, I wanted into the building and my room. But it's never acceptable for a guest at a hotel to have a code for other rooms. If relying on a locking system like this, there needs to be a secure way to solve problems without giving out the master code. For this reason, I have to deduct another star.

Previously, the bus stop was located right by the Memorial Union. Although that was a central location, it wasn't the most accessible or efficient. It was harder to find, lacked parking spots, and you couldn't stand indoors and be able to see an incoming bus. This new bus station addresses all these previous issues. First of all, it's located in Campustown. Right before or after boarding a bus, it's easy to quickly grab a bite to eat. The facilities are very clean and safe compared to other bus stations. There's seating indoors so that you can sit while waiting for the bus to arrive. It's well lit up at night, so that are no worries about safety.

The rooms are large and have a full kitchen which would cost extra in a hotel chain. It is very clean and has a coin operated laundromat on premises. We have stayed for weeks at a time more than once when I come up to visit family and I have always had a GREAT experience! I have a family member in a wheelchair and, as the owners have a handicap family member and one of the employees has Cerebral Palsy, they take great lengths to make our stay as accommodating as possible. They have great security and the people are always nice, particularly the owners and cleaning staff.... literally the nicest people of any hotel I have ever stayed at in my life (and I have traveled a good bit for my age)! I have never had any problems with any other patrons, or seen anyone else gave any problems with other patrons, everybody seems quiet and mostly keeps to themselves other than the typical "good morning" and a wave when they see you. The patron ratio when I have stayed there seems to be: half Individual people traveling, a quarter families, and a quarter workers (road workers, energy workers, etc).
