The technician pointed out that everything under the hood had been therally cleaned but there was still evidence of leaking in the Joses and gaskets that were attached to to major components of the vehicle. Long story short the vehicle needs roughly $2000 in repairs. If you buy any trade-ins from this establishment, be sure to get a diagnostic done during test drive because they will clean up and try to hide any faults it may have and sell you the vehicle at highest possible price!

This place is a rarity in that it was easy, the value was there, and the two dealers were honest brokers. I always reference if I would send my mom to a dealership or repair shop as my level of expectations. This time, I actually *did* send my mom here to buy her new car. She walked out incredibly happy, Brian and Charles were amazing. This dealership isn't a churn shop; each car they purchase goes through a full inspection and basic repairs, and they don't sell it if it isn't up to spec. This is better than some brand name dealerships that we went to immediately prior to this. I have a few more used car purchases in the next couple years. You can be damned sure this is my first stop.

I am located in NC so I drove down to take delivery right after Christmas. Nick picked me up at the August airport (I had a 1 way rental) and I drove the new vehicle home. Nick is a nice guy to deal with, and the finance person that I dealt with (Stan Hay) was also low pressure and efficient. Overall, I was at the dealership less than 3 hours to complete the deal, and about an hour or more of that time was spent driving and inspecting the vehicle. Thx Nick and the folks at Johnson for making this relatively easy and pain free!

Then we put a radiator and thermostat in it and traded it and a Chrysler van and took payments to get a 2006 GMC Envoy that broke down before we paid our second payment. lee said if we added $1000 to our loan he would trade us out for a Tahoe with leather and tv for our kids within about a week but no longer than 30 days. After we fulfilled our end of the bargain he said he wasn't gonna help at all. Now my family is out the 2 vehicles we traded and still have nothing to drive and we are paying on a loan for this disservice. Something has got to give. I understand that lee Hite has been cottled by his mommy and daddy and never has had to earn a dollar in his life but this is just plain wrong even if you are as ignorant as he is and anyone should be able to understand that even his mommy
