Because the cost of repairs were more than the value of the vehicle, they consider that totalled. After the insurance paid the truck off, Flowers Auto didn't want to give me my title. I called every week for 2 years!!! I was stuck with the truck long enough to get a salvage title. I was pretty close to taking legal matters, but crooks will never change. Do not buy a vehicle from this place. They also skipped out on paying my first year of taxes that was promised at time of purchase. Very bad experience. I hope this review changes your mind. Luckily, I found Hendrick Chevrolet less than a mile from my hotel. I rolled in around 8:00-8:15 Saturday morning (May 16th) to see if they could squeeze me in for an oil change, and they had no problem accommodating me. I was able to drop my car off, head to the basketball tournaments, and come back later to pick it up with zero hassle. Mackie was my service advisor, and he was awesome -- friendly, personable, and made me feel like my car was in good hands. He kept me updated throughout the process and even recommended an engine filter replacement that I genuinely appreciated him pointing out. Overall, excellent customer service and a smooth experience from start to finish.
