1-Star Review Stay…read moreAway from You're Approved Auto Sales - Shady Business Practices! I had a terrible experience with You're Approved Auto Sales and would strongly advise others to stay away! I hit a deer, but the damage was minor--it didn't even knock my bumper off. However, when I brought the car in for assessment, they tried to add extra damage to my claim and even told me to lie to my insurance by saying the car wasn't drivable so they could get more money. That's straight-up shady business! On top of that, I was left sitting in the lobby for SIX HOURS with almost no updates. Yesica only checked on me once, and the attitude from staff was rude and unprofessional. Dupree initially seemed helpful and said he'd get it fixed, but honestly, I don't want to do business with dishonest people. And to make it worse, Dupree's wife said she's going to respond to my review like I was supposed to care--well, guess what? I left the car there! I refuse to be scammed. Moral of the story: It might be easy to get a car from here, but don't let them fool you. Stay away, hunny, unless you want to deal with a sketchy dealership that plays games with your money and insurance!
