I'm an event planner, and lots of times, I have last minute gigs that come up out of the blue. For the last such gig, Corey was able to squeeze me into his schedule, last minute, and then worked out a deal to return his machine without costing me a lot of extra fees. Corey is very responsive, willing to work with you on your special needs, and has very competitive rates - even with delivery and pickup included. This guy will be hearing from me again.

I submitted a request on Monday, Jon told me that they were booked but could arrange a drop off and asked for a good time to speak on the phone. We spoke on Tuesday, and although he could not offer what he originally mentioned (appetizers, buffet etc), I was thankful and more than happy to accept the grazing table option. He stated that he would send me an estimate Wednesday. I received an estimate on Wednesday at 10:20 pm, which I accepted. This morning (Thursday), Jon replied that he would confirm everything with his chef and send me an invoice later. At 8:20 pm this evening, I got an email saying that Food Addiction would not be able to accommodate my event. I completely understand the last minute nature of my request but this company should've either turned me down immediately, or at least communicated this earlier in the day (phone call would've been nice). All of the other businesses Jon suggested were already closed for the day. In our communications, Jon tells me that I'm the very first person that their company has cancelled on. With only 3 reviews, I find that very hard to believe. I recommend considering an established local company with better business practices and communication for your event and avoiding Food Addiction at all costs.

When our original bounce house rental company's truck broke down on the way to our carnival with no guarantee he was going to make it to the carnival on time, we were in a panic with only an 1 1/2 hours until our carnival started. I called Austin Metro Moonwalks and even though they were almost out the door with another delivery (and on one of the busiest weekends of the year for bounce houses!), Marshall was able to find a couple of bounce houses they had available and said he would send his driver to our rescue as soon as possible. We were able to sign the contract digitally, pay over the phone, and within just a matter of minutes, we have bounce houses confirmed. They stayed in constant communication with me until they arrived to set up and showed up on time to pick up the bounce houses at end of the night. They even gave us a discount since we rented multiple bounce houses. I think our school has found a new vendor for bounce house rentals from now on!!

Over the weekend we had a work event held at Reunion Ranch & let me tell you it was soooooo much…read morefun!! When you rent out Reunion Ranch (the outside grounds..a whole bunch of acres :) you have the entire place to yourself w/ access to over 41 activities..let me repeat that..YES, 41 activities!! There really was something for everyone one to enjoy..from the babies to the grown peeps! And the Reunion Ranch staff are so organized & kept things flowing so smoothly..even with over 400 attendees! I also really liked how the RR staff would announce over the loud speaker what activity was about to start. Activities Reunion Ranch offered: -tug of war mud pit..yes, complete with a real MUD PIT!! -volleyball courts -canoe & paddle boats -man made little sand beach -maze -horse shoes & washers -miniature golf -zip line -wagon rides -pony rides -obstacle course -teen tower -dunking booth ect ect ect And so many more activities but tooooo many to name & I'm not trying to get carpal tunnel ;) Another thing I give kudos to Reunion Ranch is the food serving line..they have about 6 different serving lines w/ RR staff making the plates & even w/ over 400 people in attendance the wait time was super fast. We had all you can eat barbecue plates & all you can eat Bluebell ice cream cups! There also was cotton candy, popcorn, & snow-cones for everyone to enjoy & for us adults..the libations offered were...sangrias, beer, & wine!! I was a regular at the sangria station!! ;) Reunion Ranch really is a cool place to have a team building event, reunion, or a wedding. Based on my estimation, it seats about 250 people. The space had enough room for a dance floor, food station, DJ station with instruments and bar. The space also had a raised level stage. The acoustics at Parq were clear and audible. Special noteworthy features include ceiling and side lighting. The facility also had to large projection screens. The Parq was perfect for this event. The ambiance was a cross between modern dance club to a wedding reception like environment. It a bit deceiving looking at the building from Highway 183 from the outside as it looked like a big warehouse building, very indistinct. Once you opened the door you were transported to anther space and time! Time spent at the anniversary celebration was warm and enjoyable! Recommend giving it a whirl...
