The staff…read moreare so friendly and truly care for your wellbeing and Dr. Boyajian really knows his stuff. I went months trying to figure out how to fix my chronic sinus infections, and he was finally able to give me the proper mix of steroids, antibiotics, Flonase, and nasal irrigations to fix it. Unfortunately, with my biology, my sinus infections came back, and Dr. Boyajian discussed surgery with me. Not once did he force or coerce me to get surgery but did tell me the reality of my situation and in reality... I needed to get surgery to truly stop taking so much medication for the rest of my life. Once I decided surgery was my best option, the process was simple, straightforward, and knowledgeable. I was extremely nervous, but Dr. Boyajian has specialized in sinuses for 30 YEARS, and I felt safe with him performing my surgery. His sinus surgery does not require the stents to be put in (unless extreme circumstances), and I woke up feeling completely fine after the surgery! I only bled for one day and didn't feel any pain through the process. Surgery was on a Thursday, so I took Thursday and Friday off and was back at work by Monday. The only inconvenience is having to irrigate your nose, but it's well worth it if I can avoid the stents. Dr. Boyajian was a great doctor who gave it to me straight and really cares about my well-being. I'm definitely not "just another patient" here. I will be recommending everyone here in the future!

HIGHLY recommend!!…read more I was referred from VA because my hearing aids stopped working. I was referred to the community as this is how VA works. My first visit was very informative! Tosha reviewed how important it is to wear hearing aids because it will diminish the exposure to dementia. There was so much helpful information she shared that I didn't receive when I first was issued hearing aids five years ago. I was provided temporary hearing aids which were awesome. I went to Trader Joe's after my appointment with temporary hearing aids. I could hear conversations from the next aisle. It was crazy overload but cool. I think my first hearing aids never worked correctly. When my new hearing aids arrived, I was provided information how to use them in detail. Within days though, my hearing aids would go off and on so I returned to the office. Tosha made some tech adjustments on my cell. FYI, each cell is different so be patient and tinker with it. Overall experience is a FIVE star plus!! I'm so happy I can hear now and I wear them all day. Thank you.

This equates to HUNDREDS out of pocket for the patient. My son has cochlear implants and she is the only doctor that will reprogram them for pediatric patients in the treasure valley so her office literally told me "she wants to be paid for her extra training" in this procedure. What I have learned: Even if it is out-of-network, you can have the office contact your insurance for a "network deficiency" form and the insurance company will allow your out-of-network provider be billed as in-network. We went to Luke's by doing that and everything was covered by insurance.

It has taken a couple visits with office tech making adjustments to get zeroed in, but we have achieved it recently. My hearing will never be back to my early years; however, it is now better than it has been in the last ten years. I will continue with visits as I feel needed and really appreciate the recently adjusted office hours and coverage.

I attempted to return the aids on the 28th day of my trial period. This was on Friday, a normal office open day. The office was closed until the next Friday (past my probationary deadline). I left a voicemail and sent an email notifying them I was canceling my contract. Four weeks later I got a refusal to return for refund. Miracle Ear is a total ripoff taking advantage of the elderly. First of all they are WAY OVER PRICED . And, very deceptive about insurance coverage. Not accepting Medicare Advantage discounts ($2450 allowances). My Miracle Ear aids $7000 and they can charge 25% restock charge (Ripoff) if you can return. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH MIRACLE EAR!!!!! Every hearing aid company gives free hearing tests including Costco.
