Duval village is one of those alleyway, actually one of the larger ones. This village is a collection of vendors and small craft stores that sell a variety of items such as beautifully crafted jewelry, t-shirts, sweatshirts, mugs, baseball caps, hand painted sand dollars, etc. Prices are on the high side, but you might not have a lot of time on your hands and this is a one-stop-shop for many.

She even asked me how I wanted my hair dried (with volume, straight, etc). She is very efficient but I never felt rushed. My appointment lasted about an hour and 20 minutes. Hillary fit me in the night before Thanksgiving with a 5:45pm appointment. Her work ethic is impressive and she is truly a delight. You would never know this adorable lounge existed as it is in the back of a building that has a few other businesses in it. Once you go up the stairs just follow the signs, which lead you down a couple of corridors, then you will see a brightly colored door with CAYO on it. Go through that and up the stairs and you can immediately feel the warm vibe she has created. I also love that she was very neat with the color. I had none left on top and behind my ears and other places on my face. Her hats adorn the walls and displays. I did not purchase one, but just might! They are stylish and have personality. Hillary's fees are reasonable, $140 for a root color and blow dry. She accepts credit cards and other payment types and if you choose to tip that can be charged as well.

Loren had the greatest smile, the kindest voice, and was not overbearing or obnoxious like a lot of the sales people I met in stores. She left me to look around on my own, but was available in seconds every time I needed assistance. I watched how she interacted with other customers and her service was spot on. Good customer service seems to be a practice that is lost in our country at this point in time and I know it must be affecting productivity as well as sales. That's why I wanted to take the time to acknowledge the outstanding service that Lauren provided. She understands what good customer service means and she delivers.
