Showed up on the day to rent bikes and they allowed us to try a few before deciding. The bikes could be in better condition, most of the fleet were showing significant wear. One of our e-bikes had low battery charge and even though someone was able to bike out to where we were to delivery another battery, the replacement was also low and wouldn't be enough for the time we rented. We also lost time waiting for the other battery. However, kudos to the staff and owner because they made it right for us when we returned the bikes. Spot has good staff and a great location. Refreshing the bikes with newer models would bump it to 5 stars.

I walked into Driven E-Bikes looking for a tune-up, but instead, I got a masterclass in passive-aggression. Ben has perfected the art of the "customer service smile" while delivering snide remarks that make you question your entire existence. He greets you with a grin, but the vibe is pure "I'm tolerating you because I have to." Good luck getting a hold of him, too. Trying to get a response about your bike is like trying to contact a ghost via a Ouija board. Complete radio silence. When you finally do get your bill, make sure you're sitting down. I drive an e-bike, Ben, not a Mercedes-Benz. The prices here are absolutely outrageous. He charges mechanical engineering fees to fix a bicycle. Don't be fooled by the polite storefront. Save your wallet and your sanity, and go somewhere else where they don't charge luxury car prices for a side of attitude.
