I get it grilled with olive oil, lemon, and garlic (the secondary recommendation). It is rich, buttery, and amazing, as lobster should be. I've had lobster several places and it's never this good. The service is spot on. Never rushed, but at the table exactly how often you'd like. On this visit, I approached a man that had been serving or in the dining room working on all of my visits. My mum is also allergic to crustaceans but there were other options for her to eat, such as chicken breasts, steak and cod. The service was prompt but it didn't feel rushed and the waitresses were all lovely and knew the food well. The food was absolutely fantastic! I had the mussels to start (photo attached) and the half split lobster as my main. Both were fresh and the sauce was delicious. My experience was fabulous and I will 100% return the next time we are in Polzeath.
