I have owned a business and this is right where you start losing customers. What a cheesy way to "run" a business. She and I should have listen to word of mouth... they warned for the same exact thing. And of course she is the type to give them a tip so the end price is ungodly. Go elsewhere, listen to the community, and always have a voice to speak up to these type of owners. All I can say is one word... cheesy! Fix this and be professional. This is exactly how you lose customers and have word of mouth as you do.... And yes ma'am this is indeed what is going around about your business. He was confident he could work his magic and he did!
