She and I should have listen to word of mouth... they warned for the same exact thing. And of course she is the type to give them a tip so the end price is ungodly. Go elsewhere, listen to the community, and always have a voice to speak up to these type of owners. All I can say is one word... cheesy! Fix this and be professional. This is exactly how you lose customers and have word of mouth as you do.... And yes ma'am this is indeed what is going around about your business. The ONLY reason I am giving it a 2 star is because she is satisfied with her hair. But honestly it doesn't look any different than her other hairstylist that retired and was 1/2 the price.

If you are the type of person that doesn't want to make a scene after receiving the amount of money that they are asking you to pay... Advice : 1. Always ask what's the price going to be after the plan is made on what they're going to do your hair. 2. If they ask or comment about doing something to your hair at all again ask what is going to be the price. 3. Doesn't hurt to tell them over phone or sitting with stylist, how you plan on only paying a certain amount & no more. 4. Ask them your options on if you're not satisfied with your hair. They'll probably offer to do it again, but if they do it again and you're still not happy they are not going to refund your money. If it's not a minor or small fix.
