Joined for the Yelp event and received a 30 minute community salt cave experience! It was very calm and relaxing experience. I left feeling rejuvenated. I cannot wait to try the foot soak!

I really enjoyed this experience. Thank you salt cave, Yelp and our community manager for a wonderful Yelp event. I can't wait to come back to the salt cave!

Such a cool soothing and relaxing experience in this salt cave with a salt crystal altar and candles to soothe our bodies and soul. What a great opportunity to soothe my aching body and calm my overactive mind right now. The thirty minutes went my too quickly. I want to do it again.

The best experience! My mom uses a walker and the owner was so incredibly kind & welcoming. We both felt immediately comfortable in the space and were able to relax and enjoy the salt cave. We are already planning our next trip back!

11/23:   I definitely recommend Salt Cave to everyone! What a fantastic, unique establishment! The facility is spotless, welcoming, and beautiful. April, the owner, is such a gem.  The therapeutic benefit of breathing salt air is extensive.  I went there to boost my overall airway & circulatory systems. I booked a private room (session), and the space was inviting and meditative throughout, and the private room feels especially meditative.  You sit and relax in a comfortable chair and breathe healing salt air. I immediately felt the salt effects when my sinuses and lungs started clearing. Overall, the Salt Cave is an amazing place that "may" offer some heaIth benefits.  I had the best calming experience at The Salt Cave, Albuquerque, and definitely will be returning.

Kristine and I loved the package deal.

I had some questions before booking and Clint answered the phone. He was patient, friendly and informative. He said booking via phone was easier than doing it online. We did the $90 package deal. Infrared sauna, salt cave and ionic detox foot bath. All for under $100. The staff was really helpful and attentive. I like how they came and told us what the colors in the detox bath meant. Very enjoyable.

This was our first time trying a salt cave and it was very relaxing. I think we fell asleep within a few minutes of laying there with the blankets. We didn't go in to treat anything specific but I'm looking forward to see what benefits come up for us as the days go on.

Absolutely phenomenal...so relaxing and with so many great health benefits. Lots of other wellness services under one roof. If your looking for the benefits of self care The Salt Cave has many different wellness treatments to compliment your feel good routine. Prices are affordable and location is great! The owners are friendly and will give you a tour and answer all your questions and make you feel at home.

I enjoyed my 90 minute hot stone massage yesterday and loved my facial that was scheduled today at 11. There are a few quirks that prompt me to leave just four stars. I'm well versed in spa experiences all over the country and hope my comments are helpful. First quirk: Odd two hour limit. If your time enjoying the spa amenities exceeds two hours (either before or after your treatment) you will be charged $30 an hour. I've never seen this rule at any other spa I've been to. Watching the clock does not lend itself to relaxation . Treatments are expensive and this feels like a bit of a money grab. Second quirk- limited hours. This spa is not open on Monday and Tuesday. I found out today the spa doesn't open until 11am on Thursdays (the time of my scheduled appointment). I arrived a little after 10am with a plan to use the hot tub and steam room before my facial. (With that two hour limit in mind). Instead I sat on a step outside. They did open the doors at 10:25. I suggest installing a couple benches outside the entrance. I'm not used to a spa opening so late in the day. I prefer not to use a hot tub or steam after a facial. I like the wonderful products to stay put on my face. Third quirk: It is 2026. Please set up online booking vs the only other option: calling to book services. Please, please, please make this happen! Fourth quirk- consider providing a bowl of apples (or other fruit option) in addition to the complementary Nature Valley bar. Today's bar had 18g carbs 9 g of sugar. Not a healthy choice for people watching their A1C. Note- there are a couple options for purchase and a drink menu available. Loved- the water, coffee, and tea station. Loved- the comfy spa robe and plush towels. Loved- the clean, relaxing, well appointed facilities. Well done! Loved- the entire team is extremely helpful and friendly. A million stars go to Pamela for an amazing hot stone massage and Casie for an incredible facial! These ladies are both gifts to humanity and obviously love what they do. What a memorable, therapeutic, beautiful experience. Thank you both! Loved- Eminence Products are THE best and used for their facials. I appreciated the product recommendations.

If you like overpaying for old equipment, and a daycare vs. a gym, then this is your place!…read moreStarting late May this "gym," turns into a childcare facility it seems. There's kid's definitely younger than 15 running amuck around the gym all over in the afternoons. Taking machines just to screw around for hours with no supervision. Seems like a huge liability to me, but the parent's probably pay enough for their entire families that the management turns a blind eye. On top of the kids everywhere, the equipment is mostly old and way outdated, though they keep the upholstery good. They have minimal attachments for cable machines.....like, almost nothing for them....I've seen hotel gyms with more cable attachments.... 2 set's of dumbbells, 2 set's of ez grip barbells, & 1 set of regular barbells. A couple of squat racks, and a couple smith machines. Two to 3 flat bench presses, a prehistoric preacher curl bench, and minimal other free weights. The workout machines are older than dirt, in fact they are the oldest of any gym I've seen around town, which is absurd for the price per month. When you want a specific handle/attachment for a cable machine, odds are they don't even have it, and if they have 1, it's taken.....Zero arm machines!! They have a pretty good amount of leg machines with 4 leg machines being brand new but they're the only new machines in the mix with all the other ancient stuff they have. Chest and back are both mediocre machine wise as well....The sauna is 10 to 15 degrees less than it should be and definitely the coldest one I've been to in town aside from Defined hilltop. The steam room is good. The locker rooms are plain DUMB! You have to pay extra to rent a locker, or use one of the one's with stupid pre-programmable installed locks that sometimes don't work when you need to get back into it..... Always fun to walk up front to the entry way in your microscopic towel that they provide you.... They do give out towels at least, which is nice, but a lot of them feel like sand paper and they are on the small side. Mostly they don't have any stain's at least but I've switched out a few that do. Overall the towel's just don't feel good, and are uncomfortable. They also provide gel, soaps, shaving cream, and some other necessities which is nice. The male locker room staff is top notch. They are all very nice and work hard to keep the place clean and help people when needed. The front desk younger girl with brown hair always seems to be put out to do her job....They never say goodbye or anything when you leave, like all the other gyms do in town either. The basketball courts are solid and the balls in decent condition for the most part, and they have all sizes. Pick up games happen at certain times, and at others you have the whole thing to yourself(though that's done for the summer I'd bet). Overall this gym is way overrated and over priced for what they offer weight wise. Theirs kids messing around and taking up machines, and the added amenities they do provide are shoddy and not very nice.

They literally argued w us about leaving trying to discourage us until I said, "You can't keep us here! We are leaving, so you better walk us out then." They acted really upset that they had to walk us through an empty casino/hotel to the parking. They failed to mention this upon check in. The only restaurant that was decent was the sports bar. We came here to enjoy the pool, restaurants and casino, paying a lot more than other places, and it was a terrible stay. We will never come back.

From the moment I walked into True REST Float Spa, I felt like I had stepped into another world; one where calm, care, and presence actually matter. The front desk staff warmly greeted me and took their time explaining everything since it was my first float. I never felt rushed, only supported. The space itself is immaculate. From the pristine pods and rainfall showers to the soft scent of eucalyptus in the air, everything felt intentional and clean, not clinical. You can tell hygiene is a top priority, but the environment still feels warm and inviting, like a sanctuary rather than a facility. Standing next to the float pod before stepping in, I had no idea how much release was waiting for me inside. That glowing purple light now feels like a portal I'm grateful to know exists. Once I floated back and let go, I could finally exhale. The tension in my shoulders softened, and for the first time in months, my nervous system paused its constant buzz. It felt like giving my brain and body permission to do nothing, and everything, at once. After the float, I chose eucalyptus at the oxygen bar, and it was the perfect close, refreshing, grounding, and herbal in the best way. I sat quietly in their post-float lounge, sipping herbal tea and journaling under the soft glow of salt lamps. That space alone makes me want to return. It's rare to find a business that wants you to linger in your peace, but this one does. I signed up for the Plus membership right on the spot. Two floats a month, access to the oxygen bar, and a space that truly supports deep rest? It was a no-brainer. If you've been holding your breath, carrying stress, or need a reset, float here. And if you're nervous about trying something new, don't be. The staff treats you like a friend, not a transaction. This isn't just a spa. It's a sanctuary.
