This is what it looks like...last time was worse because it was burnt also.

The pizza has gone downhill over the past year. We used to live Sals pizza. The past 5 or 6 times it has gotten so bad. Tastes like cardboard. Sadly, little caesars taste better for 1/4 of the price. I hope they fix what ever their issue is.

The pizza at the Hooksett location is pretty good!! My company gets their pizza from here a lot. The dough and ingredients are fresh. Each slice is one-fourth of the giant pizza pie. Stopping here for lunch, they have several varieties pizzas ready to go by the slice. My favorite pizza is the Tomato & Garlic (slice tomatoes, fresh garlic, olive oil & cheese). The pizza crust is crispy on the outside and chewy on the inside. They also have a selection of Italian desserts including cannolis, brownies, cakes and cookies.

Not impressed. I ordered a large pepperoni pizza for pick up and told it would be ready in 15 minutes. I arrived in 10 minutes with the intention to wait and, boy, did I wait. About 5 minutes after I got there and had paid, I watched my pizza go in the oven, so they didn't even start cooking my pizza until the 15 minute mark. Then I had to wait another 15 minutes for it to cook. The place wasn't even busy. There was no one in the restaurant and they only had a couple calls while I waited, so they couldn't even claim they were slammed. Finally, half an hour into what was supposed to be a 15 minute pick up, I got my food. I understand the time they give you is just an estimation, but 15 and 30 are a very big difference. At least the pizza tasted good.

On white white one, there was hardly any sauce and both the sauce and cheese stopped 2.5 - 3 inches from the edge. In other words, we ordered a large, got a large crust but got the sauce, cheese and toppings of a small. It was the same on the 1/2 cheese 1/2 pepperoni. There was hardly any sauce it seemed like they painted it on as thinly as possible, what sauce there was actually extended to about 1/2 inch from the edge but the cheese and pepperoni stopped about 2 inches from the edge and for the pepperoni there were about 4 per slice. None of that is normal. The crust has zero flavor and when such a large amount is left exposed it becomes like card board. That lack of flavor isn't offset by the sauces since they use so little and stop it so far from the edge. I gave them another chance. Never again. They charged me for large pizzas and gave me large flavorless crusts with very little sauce and toppings. I'll drive further for something better in the future.

At no point did anyone come over and tell us why it was taking so long. And the multiple times I went up to the front desk, I couldn't find anyone there. When we sat down in the dining room, there was an acrylic nail on the table. all three tables were dirty. I did tell the girl at the front desk when I was able to see her that there was a nail on the table and she did not come and clean it up. She left it there . Maybe to go with the all the dead bugs in the window?? I got a semi warm meatball sub with ice cold shredded cheese on the top. Not a good combo. when I asked the cook, who took at least five minutes to come see what I wanted as I was standing there, he gave me a hard time about the cheese. Yes, I did ask for cheese. I guess I'm dumb to assume on a hot sub the cheese wouldn't be ice cold. His response was because I didn't want the roll toasted, I get the cheese the way I got it. I calmly asked for a refund and he gave me a hard time. We paid for extra cheese on a steak and cheese sub, which we didn't get. And the sweet potato fries were very very soggy. Good luck to anyone who goes there.

The woman that brought the food was very friendly, but our food smelled like she smokes in her car. So, unfortunately, we won't order from there again. My coworker's salad had slimy tomatoes & cucumbers. The meat & cheese is all processed & not very flavorful. It seemed like the "Italian dressing" was a cup of oil. I then decided to toss out the hot sub I ordered (Alfredo Delight) because it had tomatoes on it & from the state of the tomatoes on the salad, I was freaked out. Their prices are REALLY low, which also freaks me out. It seemed like a bargain & our expectations were FAR from being met. I guess you really do get what you pay for...
