Location: You'll drive by this place and wont know it exists. The restaurant is super clean, spacious, and beautiful. It sits right on the Water overlooking the Ocean and even has a pool inside. I believe the pool is only for decor. When we arrived the outdoor seating was closed. The Waitress, not sure if she was the owner, said you can take pictures when you place your order. It's a shame that a restaurant that is only open for a few hours doesn't allow you to enjoy it all. That is my only complaint. Food: It was all so good. Don't expect generous portions but do expect quality food. It was all so very tasty and delicious. I would come again for the asopao. Food is made fresh. Service: Service was efficient. Best food we had in Puerto Rico. And by far the best Mofongo I've ever had. I heard they were unofficially ranked best in the island. Also the best Arroz Manposteado I've ever we had! I ordered the shrimp mofongo which was VERY good. The reason I didn't give it 5 stars is because the wait was extremely long. The staff called out and there was only one person taking care of it all. The place is very nice; very nice decoration. We asked for beers and they were served with no glass; asked for them and then they gave it to us. Shrimp cocktail was ok, although they were not completely cooked. The seafood salad was tasteless with onion. The mofongo was good and the chicken was cooked but with no taste either. The red snapper, the same thing and the "mamposteao" was over cooked rice with red beans. We ate the mofongo and the shrimp. 50% discount in the red snapper. Service was ok. Great food, friendly service, plenty of parking across the street, they accept visa MasterCard & amex without a minimum charge. Fish fajitas were great. They made us aware that the food was going to take a little bit long since we were the last to come and the make it fresh.Meanwhile we try some drinks. The Sangria was delicious. Excellent restaurant! I was greeted by Carlos who helped me get parking. Then went in to make sure they had what I was looking for traditional Puerto Rican meal. To my surprise it was better than I had hoped. They had Arroz con Jueyes!!! Mmmmm absolutely hands down the best I have had in years. Denise Rivera the hostess was extremely accommodating and mad sure our experience was exceeded with flan de coco!! Michael our waiter was very attentive and always willing to get what we asked for. I will say I went with 11 people and didn't have to wait long. The ambience lends to a romantic meal with the ocean sounds right next to you while you sit pool side. I will definitely coming back. I went for a recommendation from a relative. The view is very beautiful. The food does not come out of the ordinary. Kids menu Sam's nuggets apparently. The fish supposedly fresh fish their preparation is very hard. The waiter very inattentive when we ordered water asked "how many glasses" that should be brought according to the number of people seated. In the end they asked if I wanted to tip and I said yes, and they determined the percentage deserved. I definitely do not recommend it. Beautiful oceanfront restaurant. As soon as you enter you are greeted by there excellent staff. I have visited all the restaurants in the area and definitely this is above and beyond the best in the area. There seafood is to die for, the fresh catch of the day was red snapper which was perfectly prepared. But I must say that the lobster tail was equally great. The place has a relaxing atmosphere, this is a must visit when in the area. Note: I almost didn't visit them because of the reviews. Are they wrong. I guess maybe it's to mellow for some. Horrible attitude. We are a couple, foodies, to say the least, who went for afternoon drinks and appetizers but couldn't even get in. This has to be one of the worst seafood restaurants I have ever been to. The service was awful and the owner received us saying the restaurant is to full and you should go. We insisted on staying and I absolutely regret it. We waited 2 hours to eat and when the food arrived it was old and reheated. The fish was hard and the skirt steak tasted really weird. The only thing that was good was the salad but hey how hard is it to prepare a bad salad. I do not recommend you eat or visit this restaurant ever. read more

We stopped here after visiting the Cueva del Indio. After hiking the cave site for a couple hours we were hungry and spotted this gem from the road on our way back to our hotel. Immediately the hostess welcomed us with open arms and assured us we were not under dressed in our hiking attire, even when trip advisor recommended nice clothes which I saw later. Our waiter was super friendly and made spot on suggestions! I had the best mofongo I have ever had here! I will definitely recommend this restaurant to everyone that comes to Puerto Rico! If you are hanging out at Arecibo coast you should definitely try this place with local seafood and exciting view! We have called 20 minutes before closing hour, while were 15 minutes away and staff was very kind and hospitable, they waited for us and we got really friendly service. Food was delicious and fresh, octopus and salad is best for appetizers (unless you don't eat onions), mofongo with garlic is crispy and juicy. Looking for new restuarants to visit we found this one right in front of the ocean with the most spectacular view of the Atlantic. This place is GREAT. Enjoyed the atmosphere being it was a family friendly restaurant. The food was amazing, it was the best conch salad I have ever had and my mother had the Mofongo (Fried mashed plantain a local dish) filled with shrimp in the most delicious creole sauce. There homemade deserts were the topping to a wonderfull experience. Also the service was GREAT and can't beat the prices for the quality of the food, very reasonable...Highly Recommend visiting this Restaurant when you go to Arecibo. read more

Best Seafood in the north! Loved everything from there mamposteo to there red snapper filette and don't even mention oh my gosh they had red velvet cheesecake, the best. Everyhing was so fresh the service was the best anywhere and the price not to beat for the quality and quantity. You must visit when in this area.
