Tostones & Truffle Fries

We had dinner here on our last night at the resort and really enjoyed our time here. We let the server know our dietary restrictions and he let us know they could make their veggie mofongo without dairy. They did and it was delicious! Couple with the tostones and fries, it was excellent dinner all while my feet were in the sand. Great food with a great view.

We spent a week at the resort. The bartenders are very nice. We ate there multiple times. Most of food is good. Breakfast is the best

This review is just for the bar and grill! Not for the hotel. I left a pretty good review of this hotel that you can read on that page. This bar and grill is not great! Service is good. And ambiance is of course good because it's on the beach. But the problem is the food! The food is not good. I got mofongo here and it was the worst mofongo I have ever had (it was so dry). Almost all the food they serve is frozen, and you can tell. The vegetables are literally just defrosted. I feel like the prices are way too high for that! I also don't like that they use so much plastic. There are no reusables. They will always give you plastic everything, including utensils. You would think a restaurant located on a beautiful beach would care more about protecting the environment!

Best strawberry margarita!!

I've never had a bad meal or drink at mahi mahi! The service is always great and the employees are so kind. Best chicken fingers and strawberry margs ever!! Lovely Oceanside ambiance.

Food is basic and specialty drinks are horrible, nothing that depicts Puerto Rico. It's just a convenient place if you're staying at the hotel. Service is ok, some workers look like they rather be doing something else than working here. The view is amazing because it is beachfront.

Great fun place! We were here on a Friday and it was so fun! We ordered beers that were on happy hour and yummy grouper ceviche. Fun vibe and very fast service. We asked for additional lime and salt for ceviche which made it perfect. Also live music!

Breakfast omelet and latte

Starting the morning right with just me and my coffee and breakfast and this beautiful view. Hands down the best latte I've ever tasted, don't let the paper cup fool you. PR knows how to do it perfectly right. The omelet and potatoes are a simple yet satisfying go to.

Food was terrible, but the drinks were okay. Food was bad and became a joke our whole Puerto Rico Trip. Everything is expensive as well.

A nice menu with a wide variety of Puerto Rican food - especially enjoyed the octopus salad and the whole snapper dinner which was perfectly prepared!

This place was packed, but after dealing with two people quickly, the greeter set us quickly. She then allowed us to move to a better table, on the terrace overlooking the ocean, when it became available. Our server, Billy, cannot be beat. He made excellent recommendations and described every drink and dish perfectly. We had the mushroom appetizer, which is fantastic, and the shrimp, also highly recommend. For mains we had the salmon, red snapper and mahi mahi, all fantastic and different. Really no need to go into it too much because the menu changes and everything was good. Just ask questions to make sure it fits your savory/sweet and raw/cooked preferences. For drinks, the house White was great and mineral-y, the Mezcal cocktail and rum with pineapple cocktails (new one at very top 2/14/2026) were great. 2 comments...not a fan of Medallia, but Billy recommended ...its natural...got a Michelob...just saying. Also, would've been great to have a little bread with the shrimp because the sauce was so good, my daughter lapped it all up. They are so great over there, pretty sure they would have found a way to accommodate if asked...dont miss this place IMO.

I want desperately to give this restaurant 5 Stars but., but I have to be true and honest…read more We were in Dorado for business, actually all of Puerto Rico, and were having dinner with an associate and now friends for life. We were staying just a few miles from our hotel and our new friends are about an hour away. They were kind enough to pick this restaurant so we didn't have to travel so late at night. Okay let's get on with it. The restaurant is located in a residential neighborhood and maneuvering through it was a challenge. Next parking. Self-parking but extremely limited. The have an attendant directing you but it was very difficult. Next this is a waterfront restaurant but at nigh not much to see. Getting up to the restaurant is by a set of steep steps. No elevator, and Mrs. E had knee replacement surgery a few months ago so getting up these steps was a nightmare. So atmosphere, pretty dark but extremely noisy. Conversations were a real challenge. Food-I had Lobster Risotto. Good but not memorable. Mrs. Had "Skirt Steak ". Not that good. Our new friends shared a T bone steak which they loved. Side note, beef does not come from the US mainland. Most comes from South America. Just leave it at that. Their young son was there too and he had sliders. Our waiter was very good and fluent in English which was a good thing. Plenty of high end restaurants in Dorado. Next time we're there we'll try one of them.
