Its too bad I didn't get her name i really loved the service but what I found kinda iffy and 'ehh' was how the smaller gems were placed a bit apart and im not sure if its required but because of covid i thought they'd wear gloves other then that, I really liked my new set of nails, the price was not bad ($50 + $10 tip ) and appreciated that everyone was wearing masks there and sanitizing before working on someone.

I've been going to this nail salon for over three years, visiting monthly. I always book at least three services (nails and a pedicure -- sometimes more). Today, I had an appointment scheduled for 5:30 PM. By 6:30 PM, no one had even started my pedicure. I asked to speak with the manager, Joann. She didn't apologize -- instead, she simply said they would no longer be accepting appointments and offered 20% off one of the pedicures I received.
