Despite the fact that she was heavily pregnant, she never rushed through any part of the 6 hr long process. Yes, 6 hrs! I did not realize it would take so long, but your patience will pay off! Terrible communication from the salon owner. After contacting thru Yelp, I texted directly a few days later. It wasn't until I texted a second time 48 hours after that I received a reply back. She requested a photo of my current hair in daylight. It's been over 72 hours and still no reply. A response back saying she's not taking new clients or she can't do what I'm asking for would be appreciated. I really was looking forward to getting my hair done by her. read more

I did my research finding a colorist, my girlfriend recommended me to Vi. I decided to schedule hair appointment with her! Vi works magic with colors. I wanted to get a bleach and tone to lighten my hair and she was able to do how I wanted and left no significant damage on my hair. She's very patient, and never leave a her clients hair undone. The whole process was 8 hours, and it's totally worth it!! I had a final on my first day so I had to leave early but Vi was able to get me back to the salon and made time to finish up my hair with no cost! She's super sweet! She forwarded me Vi's info and so I texted her when I was ready (this was a couple months after seeing my friend's hair).
