I accidentally went to here instead of the other location where my appointment was and the other location had to cancel my appointment. I was so sad because of how excited I was to get my hair done, but the manager came over and moved some things around to fit me in so I could get my hair done, which made me so happy. Madie did my hair that day and I was extremely nervous for judgment due to how badly my hair was damaged and the fact that I used box dye. She never judged me one and instead explained what we could do for my hair to keep it moisturized until we grow all the damaged hair out. She recommended products to help me, services we could do to help my hair be hydrated since it was so dry, along with other tips to help me at home. She was so understanding, helpful, and kind which made me look forward to my upcoming appointments with her. I would absolutely recommend this place to anyone, especially Madie

I received two reminders via text leading up to the day of my appointment, which I appreciate. When I walked in, I immediately noticed the cleanliness and chic look of the salon. The front person welcomed me and notified the hairstylist I was there. I did not wait long. I met with hairstylist Natalie. She was great. I went in for a haircut, blow-dry, style, and conditioning treatment, but I also asked if she could touch up my roots and tone down my hair color. She looked at my hair, and we worked out a plan. Because I was asking for additional services, she was not able to do both, so I had to prioritize what I needed to be done first, which was my hair color. I should have told them over the phone about my additional service needs. As Natalie worked on my hair, she always kept me in the loop as to what she was doing and made sure I was comfortable. I asked about the toner process which she explained, the science behind it. I learned something new. I also liked that she had a nice hair style for herself. I don't trust hairstylist who can not style their own hair. I was served some hot tea (I was given 3 options: tea, water, and wine I think). When it came down to styling my hair, she asked me what my preferences were. I walked away a satisfied customer. I will be returning to use my Groupon voucher later this month. I love my hair's outcome; now, I look forward to seeing how Natalie layers my hair. Stay tuned for more updates.

It's only been open since the summer, but the owner (Jessica) has been doing hair for like 16+ years. She matched my hair color so well, even without having to bring out a color swatch...I was super impressed. Her and her associate even teamed up to get my hair color on pronto for even application (I have a lot of hair). Bonus for NOT over trimming my long hair, even though I know it wasn't her personal preference for me. The salon itself is cozy and has those little details that make your visit comfortable, like drinks, chocolates, a clean bathroom, and a purse hanger at every station!! I also loved that they use/sell a more natural & cruelty free hair care line called Kevin Murphy.
