Only in 2020!
During these unprecedented times it is sad to have to write this bad review on a small local business. But let me tell you how horrible it is, mouth dropping bad tears bad! I tried working in private with the co owner and her only option was to come back and get a deep conditioner? One had virgin hair and the other just an old Balayage grown out, both had healthy hair some split ends. All I asked for at the least is a partial refund which she declined. They have to go to someone else to get a correction well I'm hopeful anyway....No way would I EVER SEND THEM BACK!
I'm sorry most people just walk away right, lessons learned (not first bad hair job). This person should have never let 2 clients leave her salon looking this bad ever! She had every excuse in the book, maybe she had home color, her ends were dry ect. Even if the only issue was the overly processed hair she bleached nope it didn't stop there the technique in your placement was very intermediate, NO toner NO cut NO deep conditioner BEFORE they left your chair.
The salon owner should have admitted she didn't know how to do either of the pictures she was shown instead of being told she could do those looks. Both were looking forward to their appointments. Yet just another big disappointment in 2020! read more
