Amazing service amazing talented staff. Everyone here is just so nice and very talented . I just wanted to say thank you to this talented group. They are reasonably priced for the Bellaire area. My stylist, Lucy books her own appointments I will attach a copy of her card and her number. Ypu could call or text her directly. She has years of experience and is extremely flexible with her schedule. She is willing to work with you, which is the best part of having Lucy as your hairstylist. She has been willing to work with me and meet me before work so that I could have my hair done and not take time in the evening or need to take a day off. This is truly rare in this industry. To have an early AM appointment And be out the door in time to get to work is a life saver. To find a talented professional that's willing to go out of their way and come in early to meet me is extraordinary.. The stylists working at this salon all seem to be Extremely talented and meticulous. I always love seeing the finished products and their clients always walk out looking fabulous. I feel like Lucy is a therapist friend and artist, all wrapped into one . She's an amazing find. I know that everyone that works here is a great hairstylist. Another great experience at Salon Stephan. I attempted many times to get back to my natural straight hair on my own. My hair looked damaged, dull, and my ends were way frizzier than the rest of my hair. Leticia did a consultation with me and explained in great detail of what I was doing wrong and what would work for me to get back on the track of healthy flattering hair. Called for appt to color and cut my mom's hair. She had brain surgery so needed some blending. The color was amazing and the cut was excellent a tad shorter then she desired intitially but the cut looks amazing on her and in order to blend the side from her surgery it was necessary. I've lived in the city of Bellaire, Texas for the past 30 years. During that time I've visited more salons than I can count throughout the Houston metro area. I've been a patron of the most exclusive salons, spent enough money at some to cut 5 heads of hair and even gotten my hair cut at a few barber shops in town! Who says you can never go home again? I've brought things back home to my roots in Bellaire, literally! I've been going to Salon Stephan in Bellaire for over a year now. The owner of the salon, Steven does my hair. The first time I sat in his chair he looked and felt my hair (very fine and not full) and said you should always have texture cut into your style to give you body and fullness and that will balance out your thin (but gorgeous :}) face and height. Then he started cutting and I have never looked back except to see a beautiful view of a flattering easy to maintain haircut. Whether you are new to Houston and searching for a salon or have lived here for years, I highly recommend paying this salon a visit. The owner and his staff make you feel right at home and they listen to what you are trying to achieve in a hair style; cut, color, ease of styling. What I appreciated was that Stephan was very realistic with what I wanted and he let me know all the possibilities on what can be done to ensure that I was happy. He was very gentle with my fine,tangled hair. He took his sweet time and even stayed an hour after closing time to make sure that my hair was perfect. I've been to this salon a couple of times because of the convenient location. Each time, I got my hair styled by Stephan with mixed results. I would tell him I want one thing, and he would do that, but I would constantly have to tell him, oh i don't like that, or yeah cut more off that. He's all over the place and tends to work on many costumers at a time, so my appointment usually takes 2 hours (on a quick day). Besides that, he brings up random conversation that tends to make me uncomfortable. Had an appointment to get my hair cut. Had coupon to try them out for free since we got this in the mail. Drove 20 min from work to get hair done. Stephan was not there. They called him and he said he was on way. Waited 10 min and then found out he was sick and was not coming to work. Wasted my time and could have just called me to cancel in advance and I would have been ok with this. But to have me drive over there and not show up is plain rude. Dora Gonzales at Salon Stephan cuts my hair. She is the kindest, most patient person and is extremely talented in her profession. Her prices are so reasonable too. She has saved my hair so many times, and fixed the times when I've tried to cut my bangs. I always receive compliments, especially from my 2 sons, whenever I've been to Dora. I went to the Blue Lagoon in Iceland this summer and did not know to put conditioner on my hair before entering the water. My hair became like straw and started to fall out, but Dora bought a product for me, called me to come in and try it. My hair was restored. She is like a doctor - a doctor that treats your hair. I lost track of Dora for several years because she moved, I lost her number and couldn't find her. One day a few months ago she called me and I was so thankful and thrilled to find she was only one block away from our office.
