Not the best place. I stopped by for the first time with my…read morefriend. She was doing her toes and I wanted a full set. I was told to sit in a chair and my friend was taking to the feet section. Anyways, I sat there for about 19-15min thinking someone was going to do my nails. No one came or said anything. Turns out I was waiting for the lady in the seat next to me to be done in order to do my nails. There's a big lack of communication. If they would've informed me then it would've been fine but no, they just told me to sit as if they were going to start -_- Very annoying. They need to learn to communicate I ate with their clients. I ended up getting up and going to the feet section to tell my friend d what was going on, the lady doing her feet heard me and got someone to come do my nails. I was ready to leave and take my friend with me but I ended up staying. The nails came out pretty good. But their host needs to better.

They had an hour and a half until closing and then they told me that they don't have time to do my nails to come back another time.... Rudely.. Next visit, the guy is pressuring me to only pick a color off of one thing of choices being a total jerk .. telling me my hands are gross because I'm a working woman... then gave me the worst set ever... I thought... that ended up with a broken in half nail after 10 days. Never in my life has a nail broken, and I wasn't even using my hands that much. Thought it couldn't get worse, but it did after I got a new set saying that they obviously didn't do something right with the last... this time first nail broke after five days? I went in to get it fixed and he was a jerk about it acting like he was doing me a favor by fixing it for me and also didn't know what color it was and painted it a literal different color then blamed me when I said it's not the same color LOL.... Two days later, four more of them fell off.. LOL An utter and complete waste of money for people that are rude and bad at their job. Wish I could choose 0 stars

Best I've had by far!! They offer a beverage upon arrival and several times after (they have wine & champagne, sodas, and water) Very clean (a little cluttered but no more than the usual nail salon IMO) They were very gentle (without even asking!!) with acrylic nail removal, did the usual soak off and then didn't drill a whole lot for the removal! but loookkkk at how good these look!! Sadly I'm leaving the area in 2 weeks but I would 10000% return if I had time!

I was recommended by an acquaintance to have eyelashes done at this salon. The first time the tech…read moreused cluster lashes. They really weren't what I wanted, but I usually don't make waves. So I tipped her 10 bucks on $80 and left. Two nights later, they started to fall out, so I used my own glue to put them back. The next day I went to have a pedicure/manicure at my usual salon, and was told by the technician that my eyelashes looked horrible. My tech suggested I call Milton Nail Lounge and inform them. MNS people were nice enough to tell me to come in and they would redo them. It was really a pain to remove them, and the Technician suggested I do the single lashes, for which there was a $40 up charge. I didn't mind, but again they were not exactly what I was looking for, and I tipped her $20 this time. Today makes 10 days that the eyelashes were done for the second time! Now mind you, I haven't washed my eyes in 10 days. I use a face cloth to go around them and then to wash the upper lids. So technically, very little water has really touched my eyelids. Today I looked down and at least four lashes were in the sink. They might do good a good job on nails, but they are awful at putting eyelashes on. I'm so disgusted, I paid a total of $170 with tips for nothing!!!

They did not include these with their "Deluxe" pedicure, and their was no menu to see what they were actually providing. To top it off the polish for the toes was uneven. 4) Wasted time the entire time in the spa was much longer than usual. I had been going to Amy for 6 years so now I am shopping around.

I am so hard to please, or maybe I just have had so many disappointing experiences that I was in complete shock by the professional, detailed and patient service I received today! Upon walking in, I was greeted by a very pleasant smile and asked politely what service could they provide for me. I mentioned just a mani and pedi. Vin (sp), took her time with me. She was very detailed and took her time to care for my cuticles, took her time with massages and the polish was carefully applied. We didn't talk much. Sometimes I just like to relax and enjoy my visit and that I did today. I didn't have to worry about getting cut or making sure my service was performed properly. Also appreciated the owner/manager making sure I was comfortable and offered me something to drink several times while making sure I was comfortable. I could tell by all the other customers were regulars and all acted like they had been long time friends. I would definitely go back when I'm back in town. Highly recommend if you're looking to get pampered.
