I called and also texted the salon right at 8:30 when they opened and let them know what was going on. Im not one to cancel or be late to my appointments. I was charged a $70 cancelation fee. Which i feel is a little absurd. Im sorry I had a medical emergency and that wasn't just an excuse. So im just disappointed in how much I was charged for cancelation due to a medical issue. I think I deserve a little grace in a situation like this. ​​

Her…read moregrandma dropped her and her friend off there since her car was having battery trouble and asked her call as soon as she was done. I gave my daughter $100 bill to pay. The cost of the haircut was $75 but I had to give $35 deposit to reserve the appointment online and she would only owed $35. When my daughter paid she owed $35 and was only given $13.50 in change. Her grandma went back with my daughter and was treated horribly and the lady who charged my daughter stated that she was not been given a $100 bill and also tried to say no deposit was given. You cannot make an online appointment without a deposit. She finally accepted she was wrong still having an attitude and only returned $62 and not $65. The actual haircut was not very nice but the fact they tried to take advantage of a 10 year old and steal from her is horrible! I will never be going there again. People please be careful.
