She contours your body and makes sure it is perfect, and even dries you herself. her instructions for upkeep are clear and my tan always lasts at least a week, if not more. I can not recommend Ashley highly enough, and er prices really beat out those other chains who don't have such a personal and customized experience. I had been looking for a place that was upfront about their prices and that I could book online. Clique definitely fulfilled this. I scheduled an appointment with Hannah for the day that I wanted. I didn't have to wait long to be shown back to a room, though while I waited I was given water and an "antioxidant" nut and chocolate mix to enjoy. The candles in the waiting area also smelled divine. Hannah expertly got my brows back in shape with minimal sting from the wax in the allotted 30 minutes. And I spent roughly $30 including tip. I have had the regular bar facial and they tailor it to you and if you have any issues you'd like them to focus on. The bar facial is done in an open area where other guests are also getting treatments done. If you want a private facial or another service you can pay extra for a room facial or room treatment. I also had the eyelash and brow tint as a bar treatment done in the open area. Demi M. did a great job at both and was very helpful in deciding the shade to go with. She did warn me that my eyebrows could be a little much the first day but after showering the dye would wash off my skin and it would look good. She was right they looked great after and lasted about a month, it was nice to not worry about wearing makeup! The bar facial and treatments are nice because they are cheaper than other spas and salons in Louisville. Bethany S and Alexis A both do a wonderful job with the bar facial. Both are very knowledgeable about the skin and explain each step to you. The inside design is also very cute it looks like a Pinterest board all of the decor is very cute. I did see on Instagram they are moving to a bigger location soon, I can't wait to see the new place I am sure it will be just as pretty inside!

Buckle up, a long review about why you shouldn't visit this location!!!…read more I chose this location because there was a Cryotherapy and Hydromassage bed. With a $120+ a month membership - you can receive both of these treatments. However, the beds last ten minutes. Therefore, I would need to use the bed two or three times each visit. This was NEVER a problem at this location or any other location. Last month, I was in a flare up that left me unable to walk most days and on bed rest by 1-4pm most days. When arriving at the Hurstbourne location, desperate for pain relief, the salon director told me I couldn't do the cryotherapy or hydromassage twice in a row. I explained that this was never an issue before. Nor is it suitable or supportive of chronic pain relief. Ten minutes once a day just doesn't do the trick. The salon director wasn't receptive or apologetic. This lackluster behavior, terrible customer service, and inconsistent communication between staff wasn't new. Every employee at this location (minus a sweet lady with glasses), doesn't greet you upon entering the building. They will finish their phone call, texting, inappropriate conversation with a client etc. before you are greeted. I have waited ten minutes to be greeted but on average three minutes. Maybe it's just me, but I would never be on ny phone in front of clients, let alone full inappropriate conversations in front of clients! The salon director with long brown hair has had full conversations on her phone lasting five minutes before greeting me. There is another shorter employee with brown medium length hair that has terrible customer skills. Based on the times I would visit, these employees are who would help me out. I could go on about the terrible service and silly new rule set on med spa equipment. However, Google doesn't allow that many characters. And I would visit another location if the cryotherapy was elsewhere. As I refuse to visit a location where it's uncomfortable and staff doesn't take pride in their customer service. This type of treatment is a slap in the face to people paying hard earned money for extensive services. After almost a year at STC, I switched back to my MedSpa. More expensive but worth it to not dread dealing with their customer service and leaving with a negative experience when you go almost daily! As someone with debilitating chronic pain and dis-abilities, the last experience I need or want to go through is humans that don't care about you. Those of us with dis-abilities are already invisible and ignored by society. And to be treated inhumane is not worth ten minute pain relief.

Their spray tans are pretty inexpensive, $25 and lasted me about a week and a half. (She did say the prices were going to go up soon to $30, but to me that is still not bad!) During my spray tan she was very professional and kept a conversation with me while she was working on me. They have a private room you go into, with plenty of towels to stand on. I will admit the tan was a little scary dark at first, but she warned me about this and let me know in advance that after showering I will look a lot better, and she was right. Great place to check out if you're looking to get tanned in the Middletown area. They have all kinds of other services they offer, too!
