I booked my appointment two weeks in advance. After I booked I called and left a message asking…read morethem to schedule Me SPECIFICALLY with someone who can do ombre nails. When I got to my appointment that was the first thing I mentioned. The girl had no idea that I wanted ombre nails but she said that we SHOULD have time to do them. As I'm getting my nails done there are signs that the tech is new to doing nails. No biggie, everyone has to learn. Except when it came time for the ombre part of my nails she could not do it. I don't know if it was an experience thing or what but bottom line was she couldn't do it. I ended up with a solid color. The nails themselves came out good besides that and again I'm not faulting her cause everyone is new at some point. But the person in charge of scheduling should have scheduled Me with someone with more experience who wouldn't have had done ombre nails with no problem.

The consistency with this nail salon isn't good, I've been going here for a few months every two…read moreweeks to get a builder gel fill and a pedicure. Depending on who you get as your nail technician will HEAVILY decide the outcome on your nails, which is crazy for a well established nail salon, the consistency should be pretty much the same throughout, same quality and outcome. Some of the nail technicians cannot do a simple French tip and some of them cannot use builder gel correctly. I care deeply about my nails and the appearance of them and honestly the last two times I've gone it's been terrible. But when I get the right person it's the best so there's no in between. I'd give lower stars but not everyone there is bad. I do believe there needs to be some kind of training to establish a baseline and to grow from that baseline. Cutting corners when customers are spending hundreds of dollars a month, is just bad business and will ultimately hurt the business.

I have diabetes and have gotten infections from other locations in Rockford- never from here. The interior is cute. They respond promptly to Facebook messages. Depending on who you get, I've had my gel nails last anywhere from 2-4 weeks without chipping at all. Massages for manicures and pedicures vary based on who is performing them and how busy they are. I would definitely recommend making an appointment. Edit: this place is really hit or miss depending on who you get. Some of the employees do not listen or understand what you may be asking for. If the owner is there she will usually set things straight, but otherwise it's a bit difficult. My last appointment took 2 hours for a pedicure and no-chip, but it was because I walked in during a super busy time. Edit 2: since I had a different person this time, the manicure didn't last as long. I got a chip after 1 week. However, the pedicure is holding up better. Trade offs I guess! ¯\_(ツ)_/¯

Ahhh.. I've been going here for years! Before every vacation and never had a problem. Well he then just rushed the polish on my nails and sent me away. Later that day the polish started cracking on my nails... so now I have cracked clear polish.. I don't understand how hard it is to get a nice manicure.. especially charging 32$ for something so simple. Part of me wants to go back and get it fixed.. but I rather not. I'll find a new nail place.

1 STAR I'm honestly…read morehighly disappointed with the service I received. I came in expecting a full set and a pedicure, but the experience was nowhere near what I expected. The girl doing my nails literally did nothing but file my nails down. I honestly felt like I needed someone else to step in and take over. The pedicure took maybe 10 minutes, and it was easily one of the worst pedicures I've ever had. There was little to no effort put into the service. What really made me uncomfortable was when the manager told the nail tech that she was supposed to be doing my full set, and her response was, "Umm, okay?" The lack of confidence in that response immediately made me question whether she knew what she was doing. At that point, I decided I wasn't comfortable allowing her to do my full set, so I left without getting it done. I understand that everyone has to start somewhere, but when I'm paying for a professional service, I expect effort, confidence, and quality. Unfortunately, I didn't receive any of those today. I left extremely disappointed and will not be returning. They were extremely nice but when I'm paying for a service I need you to know what you're doing.

No issues there. Honestly, I'm really disappointed. I don't know if it's the brand that they're using for the dip powder or what not but as someone who always has dip on their nails, it's been really sad to see all of my nails chipping within about a week and a half. Service is great the products they are using are bad.
