I came here based on other Yelp reviews. They got me in same day, thankfully! Daisia did an amazing job! I went from very long brown w/highlights to shoulder length bob and almost black. It turned out so well! I am super happy with such a big change. She was very thorough, communicating with me the entire time making sure she was clear on what I wanted. 10/10 for Daisia! Will definitely be back! read more

I discovered this business today and must tell you they super. The stylist was Angie and I must say she was excellent. She was fixing a color problem with my hair from a different source and spent extra time to get it correct. Prices were great will be using her in the future. read more

Getting my hair done is always an experience. Very rarely do I get what I'm asking for but Daisia knocked it out of the park. From booking the appointment to walking out, 10/10 experience. Even the price felt reasonable. I knew from our initial conversation on the phone I would hit it off with her. She's friendly, listened to what I wanted, even brought color swatches which NO ONE has ever done before and even gave me a beautiful blowout. I mention the blowout b/c SO many people struggle with my curly hair and take the lazy way out. The front desk staff was also very friendly and I've never found a place to be a regular at but I'm happy to know I now have one. I'll definitely be rebooking with her from now on. TLDR: skip Jonsen Phi across the street and come here. You'll actually be heard and staff will be friendlier too. read more

Amazing job!! Super helpful! Definitely going back! My nephews hair came out great!! Highly recommend

Best color and cut ever. Stylist actually paid attention to what I was wanting, and understood the issues I had with services at other salons. Tessia took great care, and did an amazing job! I am traveling a long way to see her, and she is totally worth it. Prices are reasonable, really good price considering the amazing results! read more

It was my first time at this salon, and I had my haircut done by Jason. He was incredibly professional, and I absolutely love the way my hair turned out! The entire staff was warm and welcoming--it truly was a wonderful experience from start to finish. read more

I was used to that place a few times. My hair dresser, her name was Leah. She did a wonderful job last 2, but this time, she really messed up my hair. She starts using thinning scissors and cuts all my hair. I have no idea why she did and used totally different techniques. This is the second time she couldn't do that right. But then she did a wonderful haircut. I have no idea. She didn't even remember what she did last time. Ok, Leah, you're done. I am very disappointed you. Now I have to go look new one. Oh boy. read more

Came here just before the new year and was in need of a hair fix as the last place I went too did not do me well. I didn't make an appointment, I walked in and I was greeted right away. It was a bit busy as i arrived before 4pm. I told the stylist exactly what I wanted and she listened very well. I decided to cut off all my colored hair on the bottom and get bangs and color my greys. The stylist kept making sure I was ok with everything and the whole environment in general took care of me greatly. I think I have found myself a permanent salon. read more

Daisia did such a great job on my hair!! Love the vibe of the salon. Everyone is very friendly and professional read more

Moved to Arizona last year and was worried that I wouldn't find anyone to cut my hair the way my out of state stylist had for over 30 years. Tessla listened and I couldn't be happier. The stylist was not understanding how to layer cut. Took very little hair to layer and it still looked the same when I left. She shampooed like she was washing a child's hair. The salon is clean receptionist double booked my but she did call and change it read more

I went in for some low lights to remove a little gray around my face before my daughter's wedding. The owner did my hair. He missed a spot around my temple and instead of correcting it, he just suggested that I part my hair on the other side to hide that area. Not acceptable, and he lost my business because of it. read more

I've been coming here for the past 3 years to get my haircuts. I'm always so skeptical about who touches my hair due to past experiences but Leah made me feel comfortable and did an amazing job! For my yearly trim it was $60. That included hair wash, cut and style. I had so many compliments afterwards :) Overall, my experiences have my relaxing and worth it! read more

I definitely recommend Salon Orozco! I am new to the area and finding a new salon gave me anxiety! I also have an autoimmune disease that affects my hair/scalp that can make some stylist uncomfortable therefore made the process of finding a new salon challenging for me. I contacted Salon Orozco based on Yelp reviews and they were able to schedule me an appointment within 2 and half weeks based on my limited schedule and services I was requesting. The assistant immediately greeted me when I walked in and was so polite. My stylist, Christina was amazing and fast! She made feel comfortable as she treated me with kindness and respect. She exceeded my expectations! read more

My daughter was fed up with having thick curly frizzy unmanageable hair. Tesla got us in on her schedule quickly for a Brazilian blowout. She took her time and did an amazing job. Everyone was so friendly and the vibes were amazing. I was so happy with how my hair turned out (had hair down to my lower back just about and was ready to get a freshened up look bringing it to my shoulders). They did an amazing job and I'm so happy to have found a place that I want to come back to (I'm picky about my hair lol). read more

I just recently moved to Chandler from San Diego and I had been looking for a hair salon. I found this place from looking at reviews and Leah did an amazing job! She was very kind and got my hair exactly as I wanted it. I'll definitely be coming back. Thank you, Leah! read more

Went in for a root touch up and got exactly what I wanted. No extra dye on my face. Leah did an amazing job.

I've been going to Christina for a couple of years now. She takes time at the beginning to understand what I want and devise a game plan and the results always look so good! The rest of the staff is helpful too, sometimes washing hair or blow drying to support each other. My highlights always look fabulous and they stay looking good until my next refresh. I highly recommend this salon. read more

I walked in and was greeted by someone at the front! I checked in and it was a quick wait, there was also not really anyone so, but I got to see Tessla and it was fun and easy discussing what i wanted! After my third visit, everything went down hill. I spoke to the owner about the amount of hair I found in my bowl after he had done my color. He said he used a toner. Goldwell uses a glaze on the ends. He wanted me to come in for a treatment, I told I had my sister in law in the hospital I have to go to CA. What started me down this path was he the owner had to take his 20 yr. Old to a Dr. Appt?! I guess kids need their hands held at 20. the day I came in for my color. He said he was running behind, turned me over to a newbee, who was not experienced at all and I'm not paying $175 for someone who doesn't have all the training to be touching my hair! No excuses, his excuse was he was running behind, too much going on!! When I told him some of us work and what I was dealing with that I didn't have the time to come in for a treatment on my hair. His comment was, woah you've got way too much going on I'm your life! That's his reply for screwing up my hair! Oh really I should have walked the minute I saw he had too much going on! How dare you say that to a client! The gal he had working on my hair really hurt my head as she was trying to comb out the knots and tangles, used no heat protection on my hair before blow drying it out, no detangle hair mist, my hair looked like a complete mess when she was done, it was all I could do to not bitch someone out! Let's set the record straight, Jason you had too much going on to the point it left my ends so dried out it's not even funny, I'll probably end up having to cut 3" or 4" off my ends on my next visit, but it won't be here, I'll drive to Scottsdale if I have to, to get a great hairdresser. Do you think for one minute I'd go back to someone who f'd up my hair like this? Heck no! I've got baby fine hair, trying using your head to think that one through: I usually get my ends cut maybe three times a year. What a mess my hair is now.. I told him I didn't want my hair dried out as I had to go home and get ready for a meeting, I had shampoo and color behind my ears, in my ears, on neck? Is that a professional way to leave a client after washing out their color? So he could get the extra $$$ he refers himself as luxury hair salon?? Not even close! A salon that charges $175 for just color lets you leave the way you did? There's nothing luxurious about this place. What an embarrassment to walk out like that. Jason doesn't get that maybe some of his clients actual work for living. He has a long ways to go before I'd spend that kind of money ever again. My old hairdresser in CA is a master colorist and doesn't even charge that amount of money he's done many movie stars's hair. He was Liza Minnelli's hairstylist for years as well as many other stars. All I can says is when you screw my hair up, you made a huge mistake!! A gigantic mistake, especially when they tell me, you've got too much going on?? Oh really?? You screwed up my hair, not me! Well you little F! You had so much going on where you ran behind most of the day, so you best be careful before you insult your clients! You're the reason why I'm writing this review! Because you had too much going on! Not the other way around! I had an appt. read more

Yeah, I've been walking around in hats and pony tails for months, neglecting my roots. I didn't realize the extent of the horror until the extremely helpful staff here snapped an embarrassing before shot. Now I could go on about how the salon is impeccably clean and gorgeously designed. The service and hospitality is top notch. How I was pampered and served like a queen. But I know you're here for the picture. If you're hat bound like me, see Jason. He'll rock your locks. read more

I just had my second appointment with Tessla. She is wonderful. I was interested in a cut and color. On my first visit, she listened to my needs and helped me decide on a very complementary color and highlights. The coloring products she uses were gentle to my scalp and seem to last much better than what I have experienced in the past. Tessla is thoughtful in her conversation and she makes you feel very comfortable. The experience was great and I will definitely keep coming back! read more

I had set up an appointment specifically asking for a 4pm appointment and it was confirmed. Just 10 minutes before my appointment, I got a call to reschedule my appointment . Not sure who filled out Safety Measures section here but neither customers nor the staff wear masks (they were not wearing them during the peak of the pandemic either) and there is no social distancing happening. I sat side by side next to another customer. The person cutting my hair was talking to me about how she does not want to get the vaccine (which is her choice but I think an inappropriate conversation to have with a customer in a middle of a pandemic). If you want a place that takes precautions, this is not it. I can't say much about the haircut itself as I only went in for a trim. It is on the pricey side for sure. read more

I've been coming to this salon for several months, and while I have been please each time, each time I'm impressed more. I found my hair place! Back story about my hair: Like a lot of females with their hair, I'm super picky! When I find someone I like... I hang on to them. So much so that when I moved from Miami to San Diego I flew back to Miami every time to get my hair done because I didn't trust anyone else (have had a few bad experiences). Recently relocated to Phoenix. After 7 years and with COVID going on it's just not feasible to keep flying back to Miami and so I had to take my chances. And I'm so glad I did! After some hesitancy and reading many reviews I decided to book with Chloe. She is the best! After the first experience I knew she was my new go to girl. I've since been back again and the decision is solidified. She does exactly what I ask for. And my highlights came out so good! I like low maintenance and she definitely made that happen. My hair has since grown out and needs a touch up, but unless you look really closely you can't even tell, it just all blends in so naturally looking. She also gave me tons of really good tips regarding hair care and how to get my hair back to the healthy state it used to be. Ohhh and hands down they have THE most comfortable hair wash chairs I've ever been in. They don't strain your neck one bit. read more

Amazing colorists! Wow! I found my new salon. I have long hair and this is the best my hair has ever looked, I balayage for reference.

Had my 2nd haircut with Tessla last week. She is amazing! I actually gave her very little direction this time because she's an expert in her field and I trust her with my hair completely. I went straight from her chair to an event in Scottsdale with over 200 women. And I got so many compliments on my hair! She's super friendly and nice and even gave me a great suggestion for a new lunch spot. read more
