Front desk staff is always attentive and ready to help you with whatever they can. Almost every single person I've ever recommended to J.C. (which is a lot at this point lol) has decided to stay with her and for good reason. She's the best at what she does; so much so that I've paid for the bride's hair and makeup in any wedding I'm in so we can use her/703 because I don't let anyone else touch my face or hair. It was very clean and well-maintained, the hair products smelled great without being overpowering, and I was able to get an appointment promptly when I needed one. Dena took the time to discuss with me what I was looking for in a hair cut and how my ideas and her ideas fit with my type of hair. She was very thorough and detailed with my cut and I left feeling like every hair on my head was exactly the way she intended it to be. I'm a bit of a perfectionist myself, so I appreciate someone who takes pride in their work!
