She wasn't even upset when I attempted to bleach my hair by myself (quarter life crisis). She fixed it. Needless to say, I leave only leave my hair in her literal hands.

But the stylist at Glamorous colored my hair beautifully and with no issue! I came in with a Joico formula, and she was able to translate it into a formula using her products with no issue. I left feeling great! Recommended!

Over the past year, I've visited Vashon Smith approximately 10 times to have my hair braided. I've always left a satisfied customer. She does an excellent job on the braids and really listened to what I wanted and executed the look perfectly. If, say, I had an issue with the braids between visits, I would tell her and she'd implement some kind of safeguard to prevent the issue from happening again. The shop itself is pretty standard. There are 2-3 main barbers, plenty of chairs for patrons, and a ton of hilarious shop talk. I've decided not to wear braids for a while, but I'll definitely go back here when I want them again!

She explained they usually take their last customer at 6pm but if I just needed a cut I could come in at 930 or 945pm that same night. I went in at 940pm and she greeted me and told me to have a seat, she would be right with me. She then asked one of the other ladies that worked there to come speak to me and tell me that she (Pat) was having a emergency and would not be able to cut my hair. This is was so unprofessional. I understand people have things that come up but why couldn't she come properly apologize and explain that she wouldn't be able to cut my hair like she told me. Instead she chose to send someone else to tell me. I will never return and I will definitely advise people to seek hair care else where. I really hope she treats her other customers better.
