I got a spring time make up look done by Chloe which turned out beautiful!! if you're looking for homecoming, prom, wedding or even a night out look Chloe is the person to go to. she uses all natural make up which by the end of the night didn't irritated my skin. I got my eye brows done by Monica, if your skin is irritated by wax or turns obnoxiously red come to Salon Greco their wax was amazing!!! it didn't turn me so red and the pain was barley noticeable. No one indicated the wait time., waited until 6.10 pm. when i asked the receptionist how much longer it would take for the stylist he says " oh, do you have somewhere to be ? " duh? Salon Greco does a very nice job with color, but the stylist vary from good to terrible. If you expect to have a good cut, then you will pay $75.00 for a cut. They do not know how to style hair, so you are just paying for the cut. One of my biggest complaints is that they are always trying to sell you on something that adds to the bottom line. A new color product, conditioning, boutique items, salon specials (that are not really doable as you must complete them all within a month). Scheduling becomes a nightmare for the average person. If you go there and have your hair cut by a stylist, Cathy is the best and in fact the only one I would let near my hair. read more

Your experience will vary from stylist to stylist. Don't get your nails done, just an all around sloppy and negative experience. Massages and facials however are perfect. My nail specialist was excellent in her attitude and know how. My nails look great. However, she continued dropping utensils on the floor and did not exchange for new items. Now I have a sore toe trying to get infected. IF YOU DROP THINGS ON FLOOR GET NEW UTENSILS!!!!! Also I do not care for the stainless steel water baths. I don't know how they clean them if they clean them. Are usually go to Luxury Nails at the forum and they use plastic bags for each person. So there's no cross-contamination. Why is it so hard when you asked somebody to get you a new utensil after they drop them on the floor that there actually be using to cut into your skin.? I probably will not go back here which is really sad because I did like the girl that did my nails but I did not like the fact that she kept dropping things on the floor in thinking that just because she dropped them into this liquid did that was going to make them clean. Today was my first visit to Salon Greco. I used a Groupon for a manicure and pedicure. Contrary to some comments I've read in various reviews, check-in went smoothly and quickly. Everyone was welcoming and the facility was very inviting. Grace did an incredibly good job on my nails. She really took the time to get them right and it was certainly the best mani/pedi I've received since moving to the Atlanta area. I did a deep tissue for some serious neck and shoulder pain I had going on - Greta did a great job and she went the extra mile in making sure my pain was relieved but that I was as comfortable as possible. The front desk was friendly. By far the worst hair experience I have ever had. I purchased a 39$ Groupon for Color, conditioning treatment and style. The color is fine, I only went for a touch up, no problems there. When the stylist went to rinse out the color she was splashing water all over my face, arms, and neck. When I asked for a rag I could see her roll her eyes in the mirror. The back of my shirt now has color stains all over it. Next was the blow-drying, which she asked I hold my head upside down for.. Never had to do it but at the time I was thinking okay maybe this is just her way. Flipped my hair up and as she began to brush and blow-dry the hard brush was scratching my ears, the side of my face and almost pulled and earring out. I made it thru that torture only to find out that was the end of the service. HELLLLOOOOOOOO my hair was so big it was out of control. It wasn't even finished drying and to top it off I had told them several times I always straighten it. I will never go back to this place again. I was so mad by the time I left I tried to leave with the smock still on!!!!!! Couldn't get out of there fast enough!!!!!!!!! Stay away!! They have so many Groupons for a reason, no one comes back!!!!!!!!!!! My face still has scratch marks on it from the brush, my head had brown color on it I had to wash off and please note the "conditioning treatment" is just some serum that you can buy and put in yourself. Constantly pushing product after product or trying to get me to change my request for just a root touch up - . Can't remember my stylists name, possibly Favira or something like that. While I was there the lady next to me had to flag someone down to ask if her hair was going to fall out because they told her 5 minutes and it had been $20. I visited Salon Greco, twice, about two years ago and had two very different experiences. The first time I had highlights and a cut and loved the results. The stylist listened to what I wanted and really did a great job. I made another appointment about 6 weeks later and was very sad to find out my stylist was no longer there an I was referred to another stylist. She was horrible. She didn't listed to what I wanted and my roots were 2 shades darker them the rest of my hair! I looked terrible! When I went to check out the receptionist told me I looked great and I asked to speak with the manager but was told she wasn't in. I left my number and asked that she give me a call. About a week later I received a call from the owner who was so nice. She was very apologetic and informed me that the stylist I was so unhappy with was no longer with salon. I told her I was unhappy and didn't think I would be back. I had to go to another salon for color correction and ended up spending double! Fast forward two years. I received an email about a nearly half off Kertain service and thought I would give this place one more try. I requested a stylist that had experience with ethnic hair. I've been here several times since moving to the area. If the spa services I've received weren't as good as they have been ... I wouldn't be back. It's always a total cluster at check in and check out. I've been here multiple times - I've filled out your client paperwork - you have taken my credit card - you email me and you've sent me stuff in the mail. Don't act like you can't find me. Today - was all that plus checking clients in whenever they felt like it. I had been waiting for close to 5 minutes to check in and 2 clients came in after me and were checked right in while I stood waiting. They acknowledged me when I came in so I assumed that meant I was next in line. Not so much. If you're looking for quality spa services - come here. If you're looking for a front desk staff that has their stuff together - save you're money and time and go elsewhere. read more

I will give a 3 star. I bought a groupon and called to make an appointment and they actually got me in on the very next day! I purchased the full highlight package. My hair was in desperate need! My stylist Blair was awesome! She did an awesome job and was very through. My package didn't include a cut or trim. I asked how much it would be for a trim of my ends, nothing fancy as my hair is all one length. I was told it would be $45.00 bucks. I said just for a trim? She said yes! I said nevermind! As I was looking at their prices they are some of the highest prices I have seen! Not that I'm cheap I work hard for my money. But for a big metro area you would think they would have prices a lil more competitive! I will not be going back just because they are prices too high! I also wanted to get my eyebrows waxed but they wanna charge $18.00 for that! I can go into any other salon and get them done for $10. I've come to Salon Greco some throughout the years but never in my life have I had a worse experience then in May of 2018. I got a gift certificate for Mother's Day and was so excited to schedule my massage. I work in the dental field and regularly have deep neck and muscle tension, knots Etc. I had Greta as my massage therapist she did nothing but scold me the entire massage on what she thought I should be doing in my life. She was so concentrated on telling me what I need to do and don't need to do and who I was hurting she did not work out any knots it was the worst massage I had ever had. So 6 months later I decide to use my other massage on my gift certificate. When I schedule I tell them what happened the time before and that I did not want Greta I would like somebody else. But when I walk in Greta was standing there and they proceeded to tell me that she was doing my massage today my heart dropped. Then Greta asked me to tell her why and so I did and instead of her saying I'm sorry she tells me that NFL players specifically asked for her. Well based on my experience I would never ask for her nor would I recommend anyone to go to her. I don't know about anyone else but I schedule my massages for stress relief and pain relief and today and last time I was caused nothing but more stress and tension. read more

Tried to give this place another chance and once again it proved to be disappointing and a complete waste of time and money. DO NOT GET A BODY WRAP HERE!!! For all your spa needs, definitely head over to Blue Fern Spa. It's right down the street and not concerned with ripping you off every time you go there. Let me make it clear, I used to come fairly often. I got a body contour wrap yesterday and although I loved Britni, she was as sweet as can be. I watched her measure me before and after. I noticed she folded the tape when she measured me the first time so it can appear as though I actually got results from the wrap. When she measured me after the wrap my results were still the same and I watched as she kept trying to measure me over and over again till I there was a difference in my results. I was told I would receive my result chart upon paying but I didn't. All you guys care about is taking the money of your loyal customers. No wonder mostly old people come here, they are easier to rip off. I watched y'all do it several times. That's why all their good staff members quit on them. No more Olga, or Daniel. I booked a massage well in advance, with a time-sensitive promo coupon I could only use within a certain timeframe. Well, 2 days before my appointment they call me and inform me my appointment has to be cancelled and that I can't reschedule it for any time that day, at all. I had already taken that day off work, very hard for me to do. I can't help but wonder if it had something to do with my promo coupon expiring. I have been to this salon twice in the last 2 years. Once, on a Groupon for cut and color. I had recently home dyed my hair but my roots were a bit lighter than the rest. Not only did the stylist (don't remember her name now) fix that, she also did a fabulous job on my highlights. They were a fiery copper that everyone loved! I had asked her for something that wouldn't require too much maintenance and she did just that. She also gave me a deep conditioning treatment for only $5 more and colored my eyebrows gratis. The second time I went, it was on another Groupon, this time for a Keratin Treatment. This would be my first KT but I had excellent results on my first visit, so I had faith in them. My previous stylist was not there, but I was assigned to a nice young man. He and Kathy (one of the owners) worked on my hair and did a FABULOUS job. I have had curly hair all my life (and am known around work as "chia) and it was hard to manage and work with. It was always frizzy and I could Never brush it when dry. After my treatment, i didn't even have to blow dry it out! I ran my fingers through it while it dried and it turned out perfectly straight, shiny, and silky. Whatever product they use is awesome. With proper product usage (no sulfate shampoo) and not so frequent washings, this treatment lasted me 3+ months. My hair never looked so healthy and I've Never been happier. I've had 2 treatments since, at other salons and was not nearly as satisified. I wish they Salon Greco would offer an affordable option for say- a year long treatment plan. I can only afford to do this every so often, and usually only with a Groupon or similar voucher. Bottom line, Best Salon Services ever. Thank you Salon Greco!!! I visited them on 6/5/19 & they seriously saved my hair! I have bleached, chopped, dried, fried, and did just about everything imaginable to my hair over the past few years. I went in last night for a simple trim, and boy did they make me look & feel beautiful! I recently decided to grow out the bangs I've been rocking & dying my hair black and i was finally ready for a simple but bold change. After assessing my damage Lauren recommended an SOS deep conditioning treatment. I'd never heard of this treatment and was hesitant due to the "wonderful" claims, but i was blown away! It's a two step treatment that literally brought my hair back to life! My hair was so soft and shiny, but even after washing it today it's still super soft! After my treatment i sat down & explained that i wanted "Bettie Page" bangs & they understood exactly what i wanted! Lauren trimmed my hair & the owner Cathie even stepped in to trim my bangs to perfection! They both were so knowledgable about the products & how to style my new bangs! The Spa at Salon Greco is absolutely AMAZING. However, the salon itself is terrible. The lady I had, Leigha, refused to listen to me. I wanted my hair lighter and she said it was impossible to do which was a big lie. I also told her not to cut my hair too short but she went ahead and did it anyways. None of the hairstylists there (except Olga) know what they're doing. They were all rejected by other salons. But once again the Spa was just great. read more

I recently got the split end haircut by Christina and I was just amazed at the results. I have long hair and have always had to sacrifice several inches to address split ends- but no more!! I visited Salon Greco yesterday for the first time. I wanted to get a skin treatment on my chest area which has a lot of sun damage and discoloration. My appointment was with Olga G. She was an absolute sweetheart and extremely knowledgeable. She was very intuitive about how to treat my skin. She did a chemical peel and microdermabrasion. The skin in the area looks so much better. I am in shock at what a difference the quick and painless treatments have made. She also gave me great advice and lots of tips on home remedies and what to do in certain situations with my fair and sensitive skin. I could not be more pleased. I loved the atmosphere and decor in the salon area too. Lots of nice goodies for sale at reasonable prices as well. I just can't say enough about Olga G as I am so impressed with my results and her care to detail about my particular situation. it was just an excellent experience all around. read more

Bought the groupon for $39 which included one process color, luminescent treatment or hydressence treatment and shampoo & style. Originally set up my appointment for 5:30 in the afternoon. Got a call around 5 on the same day from the receptionist asking to push my appt later because the stylist was running behind or reschedule. I said 6:00 works. I arrive at 6:05 and check in with receptionist (very friendly). I sit and wait until 6:45 to be taken back (FINALLY). Not even a busy time or day. Whatever. She apologizes for making me wait, that her previous client wanted extra add ons and took longer than expected. So... I explain to stylist the color I would like and I asked how much more for a trim. She went to ask receptionist and came back said $45. For a trim... Okay I'll find somewhere else. She goes back to look at swatches. I throw on a smock and sit down. She comes over to explain that because I previously had ombré, my ends are so light that it would require filler/toner for it to come out right. I asked pricing and again she did not know and went to ask receptionist. Came back ten min later and said $45. By this time it is already after 7:00. She mentions if I wanted to do all this, we would be getting out of the salon around 9:00 and that is too late. And that we need to reschedule for another day. She runs to receptionist to ask what her next available day is, comes back and I request another day because I have plans. This goes back and forth about 4 more times. Finally I just pick a day another week away and leave. Was so ready to get out of there. First off, don't use getting too late at 9:00 as an excuse when you're the one who was running behind and didn't even see me until 6:45. You let your previous client do extra add ons which you knew would take more time, why didn't you schedule her to do those add ons at another time because you have an appt that you have already pushed back??? And even if it did run until 9:00 you should be so committed to your customers wants and needs that you would offer to stay that late and serve them. Second, I paid $39 for a groupon for a reason. To save money. Why would I want to come in and spend another $90 for a haircut and filler? No thank you. That's not including tip either. Probably going to sell my groupon and hope someone else has better luck. Keep in mind, I had been to salon Greco two other times and seen the owner and another stylist. Had no problems then. Lesson learned: don't buy a groupon for salon Greco. They will try to get as much money out of you as they can because they know you only spent $39 in the first place. read more
