I find it disrespectful and tasteless for anyone to lie about a service. Marjourie kay holeman and Douglas L Holeman left a review claiming that I did not do what I said I was gonna do on her hair. His wife asked for Gray blending during the consultation. He was not present. He did not show up for anything but to pay for her service and he said that it was her natural color. I don't think it's him that posted the review however, during the consultation, she did not have enough gray hair and I told her that we could not do Gray blending, because she did not have enough Gray. I let her know that we could do a partial I asked if she would want a money piece and a balayage in the back and she said you're the . when she left (I have her on my surveillance videos with her natural brown Hair And white blonde highlights) with a money piece and a balayage (Tip out) in the back to brighten up her ends.
*We did two color removers because she had shown me pictures on her phone over 200 pictures of different hair colors on her head. After we removed it I asked her if she would be OK if the color turned golden blonde she said yes she's had every color. We also had a consultation where I told her because of her skin tone she looks better in cool tones so we chose a Paul Mitchell 7cnb -cool brown with a white blonde for her complexion. During the haircut, she got agitated with me and was telling me how to cut her hair. I stayed very professional and cut her hair the way she was directing me to cut it. While I was styling her hair, she was also telling me how to style her hair and so I did exactly what she said. She liked it. I have them both on video saying they liked it. I get a text message -THREE weeks later to State that she doesn't like her hair because her tones are warm. I did put a violet toner on her hair. She did have color that we did a color remover on. Yes, her undertones are gonna be yellow, but yellow is cool not warm. Also, because it's been three weeks and I don't know how she's taking care of her hair at home, she did not buy any products to help her maintain the white Blonde and she did not complain until 3week after Her appointment. (June 10-July 2) So for them to post a falsely claimed review is VERY tasteless and shows me the kind of people they are. Because it happened nothing like she said she wanted a free service three weeks after two days before the Fourth of July. Absolutely not. read more
