Posh salon gets 5 stars for professionalism, customer service, and atmosphere. Unfortunately, my…read morehaircut/color did not meet expectations. I've been here 3 times. My first couple visits went well enough, but my last visit my hair didn't turn out at all how I was imagining. I went in asking for an ashy blonde ombre with some layers and came out with a more yellow toned (see photo) balayage with no layers. I did go back and have the stylist add some layers, which she did at no cost. I'm most disappointed in the color, especially because I feel I was quite clear that I wanted an ashy blonde. I didn't mention the dissatisfaction with my color because 1. I didn't want to get it processed again so soon and 2. Because I was a bit wary of how it would turn out since what I asked for wasn't done the first time. I'm not saying I'd never go here again, but if you're looking for something a bit more edgy/different, there are probably better places to go. Or, before you book an appointment, make sure you schedule it with a stylist who is skilled in specifically what you want done. There are many here to choose from.

She was so wonderful to work with and made the process so easy. First, I went to her for a hair trial and she helped set up a makeup trial with Beth at the same time; first, my trial experience was wonderful. They were on time, personable and chatting with me the whole time. While I truly did enjoy my trial hair, the more I looked at it, the more I wanted something different. Sami didn't even blink an eye when I showed up on my wedding day with a different idea and inspiration photo. On top of my own beauty needs, she also helped coordinate with Lisa Marie and another makeup artist to help with my five bridesmaids and the various mothers involved. Overall, I love how my photos turned out, I felt beautiful and glam, but still like myself, and they were professional, on time, and so easy to work with! Photos: Solich Photo + Film

I'd like to start off by saying, I'm very intentional when I travel to support LOCAL businesses…read more That being said I was excited I found this salon and they where able to squeeze me in same day for a blowout. Unfortunately upon arriving, I was greeted by the receptionist who check me in clearly seeing I had my daughter with me and told me I could have a seat and wait. After waiting 10-15mins, I was then greeted by the stylist who should have done my service to be told they have a strict NO CHILDREN or guest policy and that the policy was sent over to me prior to the appointment via email. That if I could have someone pickup my daughter and they could perform the service. First I would like to address the fact the policy was not sent to me via email because upon booking they did not ask for my email. Secondly how disappointing that this is a women owned business and they chose to implement a no children policy. Sadly I can not base this review on a service that was performed but only on customer service and policy and I would not recommend this business based solely on the policies and the way this situation was handled.
