My first couple visits went well enough, but my last visit my hair didn't turn out at all how I was imagining. I went in asking for an ashy blonde ombre with some layers and came out with a more yellow toned (see photo) balayage with no layers. I did go back and have the stylist add some layers, which she did at no cost. I'm most disappointed in the color, especially because I feel I was quite clear that I wanted an ashy blonde. I didn't mention the dissatisfaction with my color because 1. I didn't want to get it processed again so soon and 2. Because I was a bit wary of how it would turn out since what I asked for wasn't done the first time. I'm not saying I'd never go here again, but if you're looking for something a bit more edgy/different, there are probably better places to go. Or, before you book an appointment, make sure you schedule it with a stylist who is skilled in specifically what you want done. There are many here to choose from.

Unfortunately upon arriving, I was greeted by the receptionist who check me in clearly seeing I had my daughter with me and told me I could have a seat and wait. After waiting 10-15mins, I was then greeted by the stylist who should have done my service to be told they have a strict NO CHILDREN or guest policy and that the policy was sent over to me prior to the appointment via email. That if I could have someone pickup my daughter and they could perform the service. First I would like to address the fact the policy was not sent to me via email because upon booking they did not ask for my email. Secondly how disappointing that this is a women owned business and they chose to implement a no children policy. Sadly I can not base this review on a service that was performed but only on customer service and policy and I would not recommend this business based solely on the policies and the way this situation was handled.

The blowouts are extremely inconsistent, and many of the stylists genuinely need additional training on how to properly perform a blowout without leaving your hair looking like a frizz ball. When you're paying these prices, you expect a professional, polished result. Customer service has also become incredibly frustrating. Appointments are canceled at the last minute VIA TEXT, and then when you respond, you don't even receive a reply. Who does that? There seems to be very little respect for the customer's time or schedule. Even the shampoo experience is disappointing. More than half of the stylists barely massage or scrub your scalp when washing your hair, which leaves you questioning whether your hair is even truly clean before the blowout begins. And let's be clear, the pricing isn't cheap. At this price point, customers should be receiving consistent results, quality service, and basic communication and respect. After being a loyal customer for two years, it's incredibly disappointing to watch the quality and customer service decline this much.
