I was able to be seated right away. The have 2 sides of chairs and tables. My lady was good. I got the deluxe pedicure and felt like it was worth the $45. I would give the service a 6.5/10.. nothing wrong per SE but far from fantastic. However, upon entering the shop, with no visible prices, I announced I wanted a MANICURE and a PEDICURE and I have my own base coat, color, and top coat. I also announced my mother wants the exact same thing. I told the woman when she asked which pedicure I wanted (deluxe $45) . I then repeated it to the woman doing the manicure ($18). Total for 2 manicures and 2 deluxe pedicures is $126. I go to pay with exact cash, after tipping everyone, and she said $205 was my total. Excuse me? Almost $80 difference! She explained that I was being charged for 2 GEL manicures and 2 GEL pedicures. I explained, yet again, that I brought my own everything: base, color, and top. They didn't need to use a single thing which differentiated a regular manicure from a gel one, as I provided everything. The woman then argued it was a different service. Everyone knows that it is NOT. I explained that nothing is different aside from the polish, which I brought. Annoyed, she called the police. I waited for them as I had done nothing wrong. She lied and told him I was refusing to pay for ANYTHING. After I explained the situation, he saw me pay the $126 in exact cash. Then the shop woman said she wanted us banned and I said that's fine, we weren't coming back anyway. If I hadn't have gone out my way to announce it 3 times, or they told me beforehand, it would have been better. It's ridiculous to think they want $80 more because of the type of polish. Literally insane. It takes twice as long or more to do French tip and that's only $5. I feel sorry for the workers there as I'm sure they aren't treated fairly. There are many MANY shops around, look for another one. Also, their pedicure chairs are broken. If that matters to anyone (which is part of the service). read more

Have been getting pedicures here for years but recently tried the "jelly spa" for the first time per recommendation of the salon owner. It was a very cool, slightly strange sensation and experience. The scrub was my favorite part. I highly recommend you pay a little extra and treat yourself! They also implemented many COVID measures like face masks and shield and ensured proper social distancing between customers. read more

I absolutely cannot say anything but great things about Salon Delight, everyone in there is extremely nice & professional. I've been in there having no idea what I wanted done(I get SNS) and I've walked out in awe because they look so good. I get so many compliments on my nails, it's crazy & I'm quick to tell em it's Salon Delight. I've never had a bad experience here & I've been going for almost 4 years now, at least once a month(I'm super hard on my nails) I've never had a problem or have heard of anyone else having a problem with their prices, they are actually a little lower than some salons in Greensboro, it all depends on the service you want. You are more than welcome to bring your favorite regular nail polish or a gel color that you love but just remember, yes it may be YOUR product but you still have to pay for the nail techs time. I don't understand how anyone could have anything other than a great experience here. I do know tho that there's ALOT of entitled people runnin around, tryin to get anything they want, even if it's at the cost of someone else's time & money. Wish I could give less than 1 star. As soon as I walked in they were rude. I have been waiting for 50 minutes now with no one updating me on when I'd be helped. Ridiculous. There are 2 lady's SWEEEPING and not helping me. Not to mention, O V E R P R I C ED. I won't be back. Update: the lady who finally did my nails was very pleasant. I came to get my nails done at 4:00 and waited for an hour, they had open workers and sat people who came in after me and told me to wait and they didn't even have appointments. I got a full set and the woman broke one and walked away for 30 more minutes to calm a costumer down after they cut her toe. When 2 customers come in together to get a pedicure, they do not want to sit and wait for the entirety of the first persons to be over until the second gets to go. this place has become more and more disappointing. a couple months back, i had my nails done with a gel manicure. the color i selected was a peachy pink. the very next day, it had turned into a putrid yellow. i went back the following day expecting to get it fixed for free as there was clearly an issue with their polish and i had pictures to show what the original color was (i had attended my mom's retirement party so photos were taken thankfully). THEY CHARGED ME FULL PRICE TO REPAINT THEM . i was upset at the time but i paid for it and continued to be a loyal patron. cut to today, i needed to just get my eyebrows done and i had my 3 year old with me so she wanted to get her nails painted. they charged me $18. FOR TODDLER NAILS . needless to say, I WILL NOT GO BACK. they were convenient since i live in the Forest Oaks area but I'd rather take my business to a more reasonably priced place who stands behind their services. read more

Don't bother you never get the same girl, every other one sucks. I had a pedicure and manicure tonight wound up with more polish on my skin than my nails. When I approached the owner to show her she just smiled and gave me a stupid look and kept saying "you tell, you tell". I should have walked out at that point. After that disaster she proceeded to do a manicure and soaked my nails for about 30 seconds than started ripping at my cuticles. When I said something she said they were dry skin! No shit that's why you're suppose to soak them first I told her. End of story the owner didn't offer to repaint my toe nails nothing she smiled with that stupid look on her face and charged me $40.00. That obviously was her only concern. read more
