She was so kind and gave me some products that has been so helpful with giving my hair more volume. After kids my hair and curls went flat and thin. The products are pretty great honestly. I was in need of a haircut very badly and decided at the last minute to get one!…read moreI called during normal business hours and was prompted to leave a message that "would be returned ASAP". I left a message but no one called me back :( Called back the next day and was able to schedule an appointment for 3 pm. Arrived a few minutes early and was instructed that the stylist was running 15 minutes behind. Well I didn't actually get to the sink for my hair to be washed for ~30 minutes. In general, I enjoy the hair washing as it usually involves a nice head massage and is relaxing. Well this was FAR from relaxing. I felt like she was clawing my scalp with her nails, thankfully it only lasted a few minutes! Finally, I met with the stylist and told her I would like to keep the majority of my length but to cut it so that it was healthy. She was very receptive to my request and before she would cut more she asked if it was ok. So the cut went well. She asked if I wanted my hair "straight straight" or "straight with body". I opted for "straight straight" but the blow out fell a bit...well...flat. I think next time I require a hair cut I will seek my regular stylist.

I work at a group home and one of my residents wanted a haircut. I researched and found this salon…read morewhich was more expensive then other salons and had good reviews because I wanted her to have a real hair cut experience as being a youth in a group home this isn't something she's accustomed to. I made an appointment and sent my staff to bring her and I couldn't believe how awful this haircut was. Instead of a smiling happy confident resident she was silent crying in the van on the way back asking the other kids for help because she has prom and is mortified of her new awful haircut. we have to take her somewhere else now to fix it. I'm so beyond disappointed in this hair salon because I was told they rushed and seemed like they were too busy even though we had an appointment. It might " just be a haircut" for some but for this young person it was a day she was looking forward to and patiently waiting for so she can look her best for prom and instead she left feeling insecure and like she didn't matter because the person doing her hair rushed her out and didn't even care that she left with frizzy uneven hair. please do better you never know whose in your chair and what being at a salon and getting a haircut meant to them.

My blow out had great volume but I have those little post pregnancy hairs that needed a flat iron run through them. They didn't last too long but it could be our hair type or humidity. I was not impressed with my make up. Or I should Say the cost is not worth what you get. I just didn't think the make up artist did anything special although I was looking for a day time look. I can do my own make up but felt like really looking polished for my event. I guess I was expecting an all out glam like when I go to the MAC counters. I had to ask about my eyebrows, no contouring was done, and no concealer. I looked pretty dry. I also thought for 20 minutes on my face it was not worth the $50.00. There was not much of a selection of make up so not sure how the artist can get that creative. I would say make up job is ok but not worth the price.
