I am somewhat satisfied with the result but did note a few things: -he cut my hair dry which was ok but the shears pulled on my hair at times -the end result was nice except it looks just a tad uneven in length - I noted that he didn't do what my former hairdresser does - which is pull the hair down in front to see if they are even. Layers but also some blunt ends. Cut off the dead stuff, but not too short. The moment I mentioned the poor results from my last visit, Annie became unusually rough. The hair wash was rushed, with water gushing into my ears, and the blow dry felt more like torture--so forceful that it seemed intentional, almost damaging her dryer in the process.
